When our children were toddlers, we “ lived”at Albee’s! And now as grandparents, it’s joyous delight to return to buy all the necessities for our delightful grandchild! Don’t order anything from Amazon!! Their prices are competitive and their selection is AMAZING!

I cannot stress how amazing the staff is at Albee Baby’s! They’re always up to date with the newest equipment for kids, they have such great selection for babies and toddlers. The Uppababy section is always in stock! Dr.Brown products are always available. They know the best tricks and tips on the strollers and accessories. I’m so grateful to have them at the Upper West side! Michael, Selina, Tania and Tedra are the dream team. I can’t wait to see them again!

I purchased a Veer wagon from them and the brake broke. It's a $799+ wagon and thd manufacturers told me to install a new brake on my own that's not my strong suit so I asked Albee Baby if they could send me another one and they are. Their customer service was quick and very efficient I will continue to make purchases with them.

My wife and I enjoyed shopping at this store. Initially, we where just looking for practical strollers with an all in 1 car seat. I must say, ask for the manager Selina, she made our shopping experience that much better. She showed us strollers based on our needs (weight, size, foldability, and ability to expand). To say the least, she wasn't trying to sell initially but her helpfulness captured our interest in buying our baby essential due to her knowledge. Thank you Salina for your help. If you can shop in person take advantage of their reward program which was truly a money saving experience.

Albee Baby has been a great resource as we've been prepping for a new addition to our family. They have many popular baby items (including tons of strollers and car seats) on display so you can test them, and the staff is incredibly knowledgeable and generous with their time. Tedra, in particular, helped us pick out our stroller, car seat, travel stroller, newborn bottles and more. In addition to all of the practical items, they have a great selection of clothes, toys, etc (all the popular brands you read about online) to help get you fully set-up. They are under new management so maybe that is why our experience is different than some older reviews, but I can't recommend shopping here enough.

Amazing staff! Salina was patient and took the time to review different strollers with me, without any pressure. She is extremely knowledgeable in the different options and I left confident in my choice. Highly recommend!

Albee is the baby store of all baby stores. It was the store that supplied my wife and her sister when they were kids growing up in the 90s and now is the go to store for us to make sure our baby has what she needs. Albee not only has just about every non-perishable thing you need for baby’s and young children, they also have the most caring and knowledgeable staff as well. Selina spent multiple visits helping us pick out our stroller (our Cybex Priam that we *love*) and continues to be more than friendly and helpful on all of our visits since. If you’re looking for a go-to baby store, especially if you live on the Upper West Side, this is the spot. But walk—don’t run—especially if you’ve got a baby in the stroller.

My husband and I stopped by today to try out some strollers and look at some car seats. As first time parents we had tons of questions, all of which were answered. Everyone we spoke to was very knowledgeable and not overly selly. Selina was supper helpful. She pretty much led a 15 minute info session on car seats 101 for us and several other expecting parents that were browsing. We left empty handed but we will be back. Could not recommend more.

I went here to buy a stroller/ car seat. It's a family owned business located at 95 St and Amsterdam. There was a large selection of all types of baby products. The guy who helped me was very knowledgeable and he recommended the perfect stroller/ car seat. They have a rewards program too which you can use in store to deduct $$ off your purchase. I love this place!

I had the best experience at Ablee Baby ! I went to stores in NJ, Staten Island & in Brooklyn & none of them compared to Albee baby. Michael was so helpful & kind. Selina was absolutely amazing. She was so patient & explained the difference between the different strollers, car seats & high chairs. I winded up getting all of those items there & even inquired about furniture. I will be going there for all needs in the future as she made this experience feel personal, made me feel so calm & accomplished. So grateful that we went there & had this experience !!

Albees is hands down the best store to go to for stroller purchases! I went into the store multiple times to test full size strollers before making my purchase through them and they were so patient with me and helped me pick the best stroller for my family and lifestyle. I was worried about folding the stroller on my own and practiced multiple times with the sales associate before deciding on the bugaboo. I went back today to purchase a travel stroller and had the same experience. The sales associate I worked with has been spot on in guiding me to purchase the best strollers for my family! Thank you Albees!!

Wonderful experience at Albee where you can test out all the options of strollers/car seats/high chairs/ combos. RICHARD was amazing - so patient answering all our questions and clarifying what can apparently become quite confusing with so many different options and combos. Thank you Richard!! Ps. I wish I could give Albee Baby 1 million stars. Selina and her team are phenomenal and take the time to really work with you and teach you how to use all the features on baby stuff (car seats, strollers, etc). Thank you for making us feel more and more confident as we become new parents.

Beautiful store with a comprehensive supply of car seats/strollers. They’ll take the time to help you test things out and give you expert advice on what’s right for you. And there’s an in-store discount. So happy this is in my neighborhood.

We went to AlbeeBaby to compare 3 strollers we've been researching. I LOVE that this store has all 3 in stock so I could do a side by side comparison myself as the YouTube videos only go so far. The man helping us (Michael I think) was really patient, did not try to sway us in any one direction, he just spent the time answering our questions and letting us try out all the different configurations. He also provided helpful hints about what seats are compatible with which strollers in case we expanded our collection later. They also had some sort of point redemption program which meant we were going to get several hundred $$ off our purchase!

My only concern now is all the after sales service reviews. I'm afraid to spend $2000 here only to receive a damaged product and no support. Until the store can improve on these issues, unfortunately I'm going to sacrifice the discount and go direct to the supplier.

I can't say enough good things about my experience with Albee Baby. The service was top-notch everything I ordered was delivered very quickly within a few days. I even had returns and exchanges which were hassle free. The prices are completely competitive. I love the idea of giving a local brick and mortar my business. Especially when every transaction with them has been seamless worry free and pleasant . I have ordered a Nuna carriage an uppababy carriage and car seats too.. I highly recommend them and I will be using them God willing many more times in the future for all of my grandchildren

I’ve been wanting to buy a Wonderfold W2 Elite for a while now and I saw that Albee Baby had a sale for 20% off. It was on back order and said to ship Mid June (I placed my order May 31). June 16th I got an email notifying me that it was shipped, it was to be delivered on June 22. While I waited for my package to be delivered, I went down a rabbit hole of all of the bad reviews (usually I read reviews before buying from somewhere new, the only reason I trusted buying through them was because the actual Wonderfold website advertises that Albee Baby sells their products. I wanted it in Volcanic Black and it’s been sold out through Wonderfold so I took the plunge ordering through Albee Baby for the discount. The entire time I waited for my package, I stressed that my package would be delivered like a lot of the packages in other reviews I read. My package was delayed one day from original expected date (I live on the west coast, my shipped from SC). My package was delivered today 06/23. Its box was in a good condition and I can tell that my wagon is brand new. I am extremely happy with my purchase.

I was nervous about some of the negative reviews but there was a great deal on a wonderfold wagon so I ordered it. It arrived quickly and without any issues, my kiddos love it!

I ordered online and I will say I was definitely a little apprehensive based on reviews, but seemed like some of them were a little ignorant. I figured I'd give them a try and they definitely delivered. Great price on a quality car seat.

I placed the order on January 21st, it shipped on the 22nd, and arrived via Ups on the 24th.

Ill definitely be ordering more from this company in the future!

I had a wonderful online experience ordering from albee baby! I received my item quickly and undamaged. I made a mistake when ordering and it was taken care of promptly over the weekend. They had so many quality products to offer! We also appreciated the first responders discount that they offer. I will be purchasing from them again in the future!
