Came in yesterday and I worked with Adam. Adam was extremely helpful, knowledgeable and transparent. I had a lot of questions and he gave his honest feedback about it all. He is definitely who I will ask for any time I need to step into the store. Thanks for the help Adam.

I’m not going to comment on products or customer service I general. However, long story short, my Apple phone no longer sent/received group texts as previous. I had been to three different Verizon stores for help and referred to certified Apple computer repair store without resolution. I went to the Apple Store in Omaha. The consensus was “it’s a mystery and we can’t fix it”. I went back to the Verizon store in South Point. Initially told I had to call an 800 number and work it out on my own. I had already tried this MULTIPLE times. When one of the other customer service rep overheard the problems I was having IN even getting someone to answer the 800 number she OFFERED to help me. Ashlyn took control and at one point enlisted the help and experience of Darien to try and solve my problem. What I want all to know is there are really GOOD, KNOWLEDGEABLE, COURTEOUS AND PATIENT Customer Service employees in this store that spent an hour and a half with me. They never lost patience, always tried everything they and Verizon tech support suggested to solve my problem. It didn’t work but that’s not the point. They were FABULOUS and I thank and appreciate their efforts. VERIZON YOU ARE LUCKY TO HAVE THEM.

Dom is very professional and goes above and beyond helping customers. He worked with me on figuring out what I wanted before I got there and although he wouldn’t be there when I arrived he relayed what I was wanting to Kenzie and she was very professional and quick in getting me taken care of. This was a hassle free experience. Thank you

Visited this location a couple weekends ago and the store was super busy. I didn't know you could make an appointment so we hadn't done that ahead of time. My husband and I were pretty unprepared (to be honest) when we went in to transfer his number from his old plan/carrier to be added to my Verizon plan. It took quite a while for us to get everything done to get this accomplished but that wasn't really the fault of the staff here or Verizon in general. The staff here were pretty friendly and helpful overall. I can't remember the name of the gal that helped us but she had reddish hair and was very friendly.

We went to this Verizon store because we ordered new phones online and chargers for a quick charge on the charges they sent were the wrong ones so we took them to exchange them. The staff here was extremely helpful. Exchanged the chargers, no problem and helped with some other issues we were having with our new phones. They were excellent. Got all our problems solved and the new chargers all at the same time. I would highly recommend going to the store if you need help with any Verizon issues. They are very prompt, polite and knowledgeable about their products.

The woman who assisted me was very personable and helpful. Very patient as well given that I really wasn't sure which phone I wanted to get for my daughter, what color, etc. Every time I have gone here the customer service more than makes up for any waiting.

Great experience. Curtis listened to our needs, asked some additional questions about our business. Then he got us set up with everything we wanted. He was not pushy but instead he was patient and pretty funny too.

I have had many visits to Verizon and they have mostly been terrible! But...this visit was very positive! Cheyenne the sales rep was so helpful and sweet! She was able to get what I needed in a timely manner and actually saved me money!!! Whaaat!?! That never happens! Surprisingly it did!! 5 stars to the worker, not to the store.

We've all heard the horror stories of customer service with phone companies.
These guys may just be the exception to the rule. I have been there twice, both times I was immediately greeted, and immediately had my issue taken care of. I am very glad that they are close to my neighborhood, I will never have to go any place else!

Kenzie immediately helped me when I walked into the store. She listened, gave me great options, didn't try to oversell any one item and got me great deals on the products I chose. 10/10 she was knowledgeable, patient, friendly and all that jazz.

Good, quick correction of what I went in there to resolve. Let me know what they could do in store, and who I should follow up with to resolve technical related billing items. Gave me a way to set up appointments for follow up with sales rep.

Visited this Verizon Wireless store on 5-6-2015. Had numerous problems with my iPhone. We were fortunate enough to have Jason work with us. He spent nearly an hour straightening out the problems. He was extremely pleasant and nice to work with. Will definitely ask for him if we ever return to this store. I highly commend Jason ! He was a pleasure to work with.

Our customer service rep. Rodney was very helpful. We left with a tablet and blue tooth speaker which we have been wanting for a while. This saved us from shopping for a lap top which also saved us some money. And our monthly bill is lowered considerably, plus we got one more gig.. We were given win win situations at every turn. Arrived at 6pm last Tuesday expecting to spend my entire evening there to get a new SIM card for a new phone I ordered online. Logan greeted me promptly with no wait, provided a new SIM card at no cost, and even corrected a misspelling on my account. Walked out at 6:07 having gotten exactly what I needed very quickly. Way to step up your game Verizon!

Wow! They took me under their wing, and treated me like a son. They honestly know what they're talking about. And they have a bunch of cool gadgets to mess with. Quick in and out (except for dropping 300 bones because my kid broke her phone... that kind of sucked). Also, make sure you go Android, because iPhones are garbage. You're welcome.
