Excellent customer service. Dr Chung has the best bedside manners I've ever experienced. He is kind, patience and knowledgeable. The staff is awesome and very knowledgeable as well. This dentist is 100%.

My husband went to the dentist after the previous dentist retired and it was an awful experience. The receptionist was rude, the dentist didn't care about anything besides shilling her homeopathic pyramid scheme mouthwash on people. There is no OTC equivalent, and it's not accepted by insurance, for anyone that cares about the important stuff. And they gave him a hard time on his insurance info, which hadn't changed from the last time that he was there. But he had to show it for some reason, and he didn't have it on him. It feels more like a hair salon now than a dentistry. So if you wanted an experience like the previous dentist, who was a kind, patient, no muss no fuss old man, then don't come here.
