Ka lani Massage Specialists

I went to Ka lani as I was recovering from a shoulder injury. I had never been very comfortable with the idea of massage, but I was still in pain several months after the injury, so I decided I had to try something else - I’m so glad I did! Andrew is amazing, he’s a very warm person and helped me feel at ease right away. He listened to what my goals were and always kept it open if I decided to change anything about the session. After a few sessions with Andrew, and my continuing at-home PT exercises, I had noticeably more mobility in my shoulder, which was incredible. Andrew also always checks in on the nervous system, which, as a person new to massage, I really appreciate too. The team at the front desk has always been so helpful and nice as well - all around a great experience!

Best massage I have ever received! We were traveling from Long Island to ME/NH and looking for a well rated place with last minute availability for a couple of days out. I will definitely book more treatments at Ka Lani when we return!!! Devon was my massage therapist and I was very comfortable and relaxed throughout the entire experience. You could tell he is very knowledgeable and just knew exactly what to do. The staff at the front desk were also so welcoming and accommodating both over the phone and in person. Can’t wait to return!

This place is the best place to get a massage! I have been to many different spas and this one hands down is by far the best. They are efficient, the rooms are clean and the warmth of the bed and towels a perfect. I had a bad experience once with the "warm stones" and I never wanted to do that again. Here is their standard practice (unless you ask to omit that procedure from your massage. I'm sure they would be more than happy to oblige.) and it was amazing! I'm going monthly for health reasons (doctor wants me on Prozac for anxiety!) but a 75 minute massage here has me completely relaxed without chemicals, if you know what I mean. ;-). Anyways, worth a try.

I've been to Ka Lani twice now and have experience with about 5 other massage therapists previously. I found Ka Lani to be consistently very professional, comfortable and provide a relaxing environment with skilled and knowledgeable Massage specialists. I would absolutely refer friends and family!

This was my first visit to Ka lani and I thoroughly enjoyed my massage with "Amber". It was a relaxing hour with a masseuse who had just the right touch. I will definitely schedule again and am looking forward to my next visit. Also would like to mention also that the two receptionists were courteous and professional.

The room was beautiful and very comfortable. I was able to relax and Brian was amazing. He was very intuitive and gave a wonderful massage! I will be going back to him. This was my first time at Ka Lani and I will definitely be back.

I can highly recommend Ka lani! Everyone at this office is so kind and helpful and literally every therapist is magical! Whaterever your needs, you will feel better when you leave there... They also take VA patients which is really awesome. Thank you for being amazing!

Had my first visit here with Jordan and it was amazing! I had several knots and sore muscles that she focused on and was spot on! Very pleasant to talk to also. I was very pleased and will definitely return to see her more often! Thank you Jordan!

My boyfriend and I had a couples massage done, and we LOVED it! It was our first time getting a massage done, and it was the best first-experience we could’ve had! Professional, kind, clean, and caring! They tailored our session to each of our specific needs, and it was everything we were hoping for and more!! We decided to schedule monthly visits, as we felt amazing after our session. Can’t wait for the next one!

Sarah listened to exactly what my problem was and customized the massage accordingly. She was very interactive asking about the pressure and if I was comfortable. She also incorporated stretching which was amazing. I definitely recommend her and signed up for their monthly maintenance program. I was greeted and shown around as soon as the door opened. Very friendly customer service all around and they made you feel welcomed.

I had my first prenatal massage this week and it was so relaxing! Jessica was so nice and really tailored the experience to me and what was causing me the most discomfort. The entire ambiance walking in was relaxing, clean, and calm. The staff was extremely helpful and nice as well - I will definitely be back!

I've had dozens of massages before going to Ka Lani. I meant to write a good review after my first visit, but never got around to it. I would have written something like: "Jordan has great technique, ability to read the body, and capacity to apply force. What's more, the Ka Lani staff are all professional and good natured; they've dialed in how to anchor quality massage therapy." After that first visit, I was thinking it was definitely in the top 3 massage experiences I had ever had (the other two being with LMT's in Lisbon and in New Mexico). In any case, I'm glad I didn't get a chance to write up that positive review because Jordan's adaptability over time (massage-after-massage), her strength, ideas for stretching, her sense of humor, and her simply being good people (all part of the overall experience) have left me -- I'm still a little at a loss of words to describe it -- overwhelmed in the most positive of ways. I tend to be a difficult-to-convince, evidence-based thinker who had heard people describe "other-level" massages, therapy that was not incorporeal exactly, but maybe "trans-corporeal," but I had never really experienced anything like this before, where the loosening of muscles becomes an intensifier, the massage an emotional opening of the self, transcending the physical.

I need a good firm deep tissue massage and Nancy delivered. The atmosphere is professional, clean and relaxing. The rooms are nicely decorated and the therapists communicate effectively so that conversation is brief and time spent on the table is maximized. I was very comfortable and the 90 minute massage I received was worth the price. Their prices are competitive and it appears 'worth it' to sign up for their program if you can afford to go often. I would if I could! Thank you Nancy for your diligence, I will be back as soon as I can.

I have never had a bad massage here, or had a massage therapist that didn’t listen to me with an open heart.

My husband and I Just had a couples massage with Lisa and Jesse and boy were we pleased! Jesse did a prenatal massage on myself and he was very knowledgeable about what I needed and what to avoid. I’ve had a deep tissue massage with him before in the past and I must say I’m so impressed with his array of skills! My husband had Lisa and she was amazing. It was his first full body massage and he left so relaxed and was so impressed! Would highly recommend and can’t wait for our next massage!

Excellent experience with Kelly Ash! Very professional and communicating was easier as she invited me to suggest if needed any pressure adjustments. My hands feel never better and my neck and shoulders are very happy. Thanks again Kelly!
