Purchased my second bike in a year from the Arden Hills location after my great experience there last time. Once again the whole team was so helpful in getting me into the right bike for my needs. Every time I buy there I learn so much and leave feeling confident I made the right purchase. Thanks Jonathon and team!

I love this store - if you are buying a bike, ask for Jeremy or Josh - they are amazing guys.
The mechanics are very humble and kind, they've helped me out of multiple jams.

NOW is a candy store for cyclists. They have the high end bikes, equipment and expertise that most area bike shops lack. I’ve bought two bikes from them and have to be careful with my credit card whenever I walk in. The sales and maintenance staff is excellent and very friendly. And, I really trust their knowledge.

Just bought my bike on Monday at the Arden Hills location. I was pretty set on what bike I wanted and Jorden was very helpful in getting me a test ride and educating me about the bike. He also helped me buy all the other "stuff" I needed as a first time road bike rider. I hadn't planned on going home with a bike that day but the service was great and now I have new road bike. Definitely going back!

The guys at Now Bikes are amazing! They do a fantastic job with both sales and service and they're totally committed to making sure everything is taken care of and done right. They knew when I was leaving on a bike trip and (long story made short) totally built my new bike in one day so I'd have it in time. They really go above and beyond!

I was waiting to try an e-bike that another store was suppose to transfer from their sister store but they never called me. Actually they forgot. So I decided to drive up to Arden Hills after calling them to see if they had the bike I wanted to try. Josh said it was in a box but he would come in early to put it together the next morning. He was true to his word. When I arrived it was ready to try. He was knowledgeable and he took care of making all the necessary adjustments right away so I bought it on the spot. He even said “I’m out of the kickstands but take this in the meantime and I’ll order it and send it to you” ….for free. He followed up and called me back and like yeah just WOW customer service and WOW Josh. It was night and day with the other store I went to in Plymouth. They didn’t really know e-bikes at all and like I said they were to have the bike I wanted to try brought over from their sister store on Wednesday and not a peep, not a word and when I showed up at their store the guy who helped me said “I didn’t work all week so not my fault”.
That’s the difference between professionalism of mature caring adults and hiring kids that don’t. I was convinced Josh was the owner with just how much good care he gave us. Now Bikes from Now on.

The service team at Now agreed to work on my ebike after two other shops turned me away. They're my heroes. Prices are reasonable, staff is super friendly, too.

Very friendly and knowledgeable staff from initial inquiry to post-sale. Had an issue with a new-build bike component, but they were super responsive to address the issue no problem. I have plenty of shops much closer to me, but Now Bikes is definitely worth going out of my way for all my bikes needs! Keep it up Eric, Zach, and team!

I had to replace both my tube and tire on the back and without going into detail about my personal situation publicly here, I did with them. I asked if they had any mobile type service and after a few questions about the size, etc. and a "hold" to contact the serviceman, low and behold, David said he could come out! I asked, "about how long?" "I just have to grab a few tools and I'll be omw" and in less than the time it takes me to drink a barley pop, he was here! (after calling for better directions) David was so sincere and authentic. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND 'NOW BIKES' cuz... they come out NOW🙂👍!

Before that, 3 weeks earlier, I had called about how long after I get it there because I was initially going to be dropped off... "while you wait, 10-15 minutes." Awesome!!!👍🙂 THIS BUSINESS KNOWS CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!🙂✌

Very knowledgeable and helpful sales staff, plus a wide selection of great bikes. The repair shop is excellent as well. I bought a touring bike there 10 years ago and now just bought a new Jamis Citizen 3 comfort hybrid bike . Mike was a great guide to help me choose a bike that fits the needs of my aging body. Always an excellent experience at Now Bikes.

This is my local shop. They are great. I have bought multiple bikes from them. More impressive is how quick and helpful they are when I bring bike in for service or questions. They don't try to upsell me, just help out wherever possible. Bunch of really nice people. And they have great bikes. I highly recommend.

Absolutely AMAZING experience this week bringing my bike in to get repaired. The customer service of those within this store made me feel so comfortable and welcome, even though I don't know much about bikes. The repair department was so helpful in helping me know what I needed to get fixed, they offered a relatively quick and exceptionally priced repair, and helped me along the way :)
Also, when I asked those working what they recommended for new bikes within my price range, they didn't just stop with "we don't have those right now" (which was my experience at another bike store in the area) - instead, they worked with me to look up models they thought would work and be coming in the fall, and they were very kind in helping me know what to look for :)
Absolutely will recommend this shop to all those who I know need repairs, may be looking for a new bike, or just want to know a good local shop !

The Now Bikes Arden Hills location continues to impress me and has become my LBS. The service techs are top notch. The sales crew are great too. I highly recommend stopping in if you need anything bike related. Sorry for the strange review name, my daughter has taken over my google account.

Amazing service from this shop. Brought my bike in for minor issue, they had me fixed up and charged a very fair price within hours. Hard to find quick, professional, fair service like this these days! I will continue to have all my bike related shopping here from now on! Great job guys!

The folks at Now are amazing, always going above & beyond for their customers. Fantastic selection of bikes from the highest end race bikes all the way to commuter E-bikes. Can't recommend this place enough.

We had stopped at a different bike shop about 10 minutes down the road and we are pretty much ignored the entire 20 minutes we are looking at bikes. On the other hand we were greeted the moment we entered Now Bikes and received top notch service. You ended up buying my wife a new bike here instead of the other store where I've probably purchased 10 bikes in the past. This should be a case in point on how great service can earn a sale.

Mr. Dave Clausen helped me out on a bike repair, absolutely fair and good people at this shop, my next purchases come through here only, I've had nothing but success with these guys! Thank you.

Bought a bike a few months ago. My front chainring got bent and I came in initially but didn't have the right ring in stock.
They recommended converting to 1x. In the mean time they bent the ring back the best they could and I was able to ride home.

I came back a week later and decided to have it converted. I expected to spend a good amount of money, but was willing to do it.

I took my bike in, they measured the ring, found the right size to go with the cranks I had and I just waited while they installed it.

I was dreading hearing the price but found out that they could just charge Fuji (the maker of my bike) for the part and installation. Meaning I was able to ride away without having to pay.

Thankyou very much to Ryan (the mechanic) for the help and am extremely happy with it so far. He told me that if I had any issues to bring it back in. Very good customer service even while swamped with bike orders and repairs because of the shortage caused by COVID.

They got me all set up too. Great place. Thanks Josh J. & Dave C. Having fun. Got helped into a gravel bike & saved from another dad bike. lol
