Staff is friendly and helpful. Always great products to choose from. No problem finding my husband’s size.

All DXLs always have great service. This was no exception. Paramus RT 17N. I received very prompt quality service and both employees were fun to talk to. I didn’t feel pressured at all like at a mall store such as Macys or Nordstrom. DXL also has designer clothes with a large selection.

i had a GREAT Experience - When I went to Exhange some Iems- Downsize (I lost more weight) - And cashed In My $ 90.00 Coupon. The In Store Sales Manager (JESSE) was sooo Helpful - And made thoughtful suggestions - on what I should Purchase. Helping me get what I really needed (NOT just selling me Stuff). Because of Her - I always look forward .... to Shopping at DZL in Paramus !

Jessie was so helpful in fitting my husband without being pushy or condescending. And it was quick and efficient.

I was picking up a pair of shorts that I ordered online and delivered to the store. The person who helped me was GREAT. She got th shorts. I tried them on; they were "long." She got the regular length which were better, but not in the color I wanted. She went online and returned the pair I didn't want and ordered the pair I would need and set it up to be delivered to my house. She was courteous, helpful and efficient. I was in and out with all that in less than 25 minutes. It was perfect.

I was assisted by Jackie. Jackie has always assisted me, and I keep coming back because of her. I have been shopping at DXL now for 8 years, and nobody has the personality, energy or honesty that she does.

I typically do not let others pick out styles for me, but her discerning eye, and sense of style is amazing. I trust her like no other when it comes to shopping.

Went there to buy a dress shirt for my upcoming class reunion. There was a nice elderly gentleman who measured me & showed me what he had . I wound up buying a shirt for my affair. Salesman was nice & courtest. High rating in my book for good service & taking care of my needs.

As a big guy it's difficult to find my size at most stores but this store was great. I found my size all over and the options they have are very nice. Staff was friendly and helped me out a lot.

My husband needed a suit for an up coming wedding. He did not want to look like every other man in blue, black or gray suit. Rosa our in store stylist was extremely helpful. We left with an amazing unique outfit that reflected my husbands style. And it did not break the bank. Thank you Rosa for sharing your wonderful sense of color & style !!!!!

Very helpful staff, assisted with coordinating colors matching pants with polos. Also picked out a blazer that I received many compliments on during my business trip.

I’d highly recommend this store!

Went in after for for a suit jacket that I needed for the holiday. The sleeves were a little short and the tailor was on her way out the door, but she offered to stay and fix them. Measured me up and had me out of there in 30 minutes. Since they went above and beyond and since Eric, (salesman), was so helpfulI ended up buying 4 extra shirts. I will probably go back for a few more soon. Great experience overall.

This DXL has the best customer service ever. I stopped by to exchange pants that I ordered online & received the wrong size. Jennifer was very helpful, funny and friendly. She made sure that my exchange was hassle-free, while there she helped me find 2 more slacks which I purchased.

It is always a pleasure to shop at DXL Big + Tall. Rosa is fantastic. The first time we went there, I needed just general clothes for my son who is still young but very tall. She was able to work with him and get him everything he needed. In fact, my son was happy clothes shopping for the very first time. Clothing in department stores just don't fit him right and it's very frustrating for both of us. Now, when I need something for him it's his go to store. They have fashionable clothing and designer clothes like Vinyard Vines, Nautica, Polo, Tommy Bahamas, Robert Graham ... and they also have the not so expensive like Reebok and Levis. I'm very happy to have found DXL and more important Rosa ... she remembers what he bought and his size ... all the time! What a pleasure it is.

I purchased a shirt for my husband just a few weeks ago. After 1 wear we noticed a slit in the fabric. My husband returned to the store to show. We couldn’t find the receipt but Rosa and Jillian were able to pull it up in the system. They took back the shirt and gave him another. Both women were very helpful and this why we will return to DXL in Paramus. Thank you for your help! Very appreciated!

Along Route 17 there is a place for the Big & Tall man who has outgrown his clothes oh, it is a place where you can feel alive and be able to dress appropriately and look your best for any occasion especially business or pleasure. Destination XL is the People's Clothing store where you can get anything from a good dress shirt to a short sleeve shirt and short and pants Galore. But they're not just shorts and pants and shirt alone they also have jackets for any season, hats, watches, anything to make you look your best. I've been there many occasions and they have been able to tend to my needs, this is a good store for those who feel they need something special to have in their wardrobe Department. It fits all men including up to 5 x and Beyond. I truly recommend the XL for those were big and tall and need to find the right fit. Yes there's also curbside pick up at this time during the pandemic oh, you can order through the app and be able to pick up your order when you arrive. Remember, DXL is the people's wardrobe store for men
