Exceptional customer service! Our dryer broke and we went in looking to purchase a new one about 2 hours before closing on a Saturday. After speaking with Julien about options and explaining what happened to our, he said it was likely a belt that broke and explained how to replace it and sold us an $18 part. Unfortunately it wasn’t the belt so my husband went back to purchase a new one, about an hour before closing. The dryer wouldn’t fit in our SUV but Julien offered to drop it off to our house, in his own truck!

You don’t find this kind of service in any big box store. Brennan and MacKay have my business for any appliance needs!

Well it’s been a few weeks since Luke fixed my Maytag dishwasher, that had been broken due to a misshape washing chop sticks;) He fixed tha washer in a timely professional manner. I recommend Brennon and Mackay for all appliances. They also have prices that align with the orange or blue stores.

After dealing with the box stores who can't do anything right. Brennan and Mackay are amazing. I have now bought washer and dryer from them. Sales staff so friendly and helpful. Listen to our concerns, very knowledgeable about products. Delivery people are just as good. Where the washer and dryer are located in the basement of a old house which is very hard to get down . No Matter what the challenge is they will go above and beyond to get the appliance in. They are so friendly, if anyone needs appliances I'm definitely telling them to go to Brenna and Mackay. They are a honest good business.

Tom, Neala and the entire Brennan and Mackay team are great to work with. For years I have used them for my personal needs as well for our new construction projects. I specifically ordered an ac from them because they are service oriented. I bought one from them that had the wrong voltage. I thought I needed a 220 because my plug is so old it looked like a 220 so I had to swap it out for a 115.
They rushed down in the middle of their busy schedule and sent
the owners son with the right one. He helped me swap it out and even took then old unit. Very pleased!

Visited trusted Brennan and Mackay's for their guidance in helping resolve an out-of-state elderly relative's machine's flooding issue. Appliance serviceman Tom sat with us and respectfully and warmly identified the issue!! No charge!

I bought new appliances from Brennan & Mackay in Milford in 2020. I had just moved to the area and everyone I asked recommended them because of the excellent after purchase service of your appliances. I worked with Tommy to buy my appliances. I did it all online (text and email). I basically gave him my specs and he gave me quality options. Saved a ton of time shopping, reading reviews etc. Part of their business is servicing appliances so they don’t sell the junk brands. You are basically buying from a curated list of quality products. Delivery was awesome - very friendly, efficient. I’m a very happy customer!

The two young men that delivered my fefridgerator were polite, efficient and helpful in replacing the water line to the refrigerator. I was impressed that they both wore masks. So happy with our experience here! We purchased multiple appliances and the customer service was amazing! They measured, coordinated packages that matched and would fit in our kitchen - and emailed us links and quotes. Their delivery and installation was quick and easy, on time and was not a window of time (it was a set time of day). They even let us return an accessory we did not need. Thought we’d pay more at a smaller store, but we didn’t! Plus, even a small premium would have been worth it for the customer service and convenience.

We've purchased many appliances here, dishwasher, stove and just today had a dryer delivered. Customer service has always been excellent and the delivery men are courteous and respectful. Delivery was included, as well as set-up and removal of our old range. When Neal and Tyler arrived a week later, they were easy-going, professional and courteous. It was installed in no time and we got a run-through on how the range worked. They even made sure it was level! Awesome!
