I recently purchased pair of subwoofers & amp & wanted them installed using the existing factory Bose sound system . The entire process, from receiving quotes to picking up my car after the install was completed went very smooth. Communication was excellent, always friendly & knowledgeable.
The workmanship on the installation itself is flawless. All the wiring was run neatly, & is completely hidden.
I'm impressed on how creative they were in utilizing available space on the dash, that normally house adjustments for the optional heads up display.
The open compartment was the perfect size needed to integrate the bass adjustment knob, making it easy to access, convenient to use & appear factory.
Adding additional wiring to todays already electronic intensive Cadillac, & have all the interior panels fit as solid & rattle free as they were when I dropped it off, can't be the easiest to accomplish within such a reasonable time frame....but they did it.
The attention to detail throughout is top notch, I couldn't be happier & I definitely recommend.

Will, Kevin and the team were professional, easy to work with and did an excellent job installing a rear camera in a Jeep and correcting a connection issue someone else created by mending the cable and making a USB port for Apple Play and other features. The prices were also reasonable.

Very nice place with the best customer service. Will and Kevin (owner) helped me with led lighting for my 4Runner. They discussed with me what my options were and were always available with any questions or concerns that I had. Very happy with everything. Hard to find this kind of genuine people that really take pride in their work and provide top notch customer service and work. I will definitely be going back there in the future and highly recommend them to anyone looking for the same results

They installed my blackvue dashcam, couldn't be happier with the service! The guy Will, who you will be primarily work with is very helpful! He is patience and he took time making sure you are well taken care of.

They are Very professional , and knowledgeable, when answering questions and making suggestions pertaining to your specific audio needs and wants Not only did they install an UNBELIEVABLE sounding system, but did it with care, taking the time to do it all correctly and aesthetically pleasing I am very fussy when it comes to my car, and I felt safe knowing it was in expert hands! I could not be happier with my car audio, and the new security system is awesome as well. I would highly recommend them , and plan to use them again for any future updates !

Love this place. I added leather and heated seats to my SUV. The price was comparable to me doing it myself and the leather is better quality. There were a couple choices that had to be made as the installation proceeded and Kevin helped me along with the choices and lead me to what I am now loving. Solid communication and great customer service. I’m a fan and will return when my next aftermarket upgrade becomes a necessity.

These guys are absolutely the best! I have a jeep wrangler that needed help because everything was stock. They were able to engineer a plan that took into account both my needs and the specific issues relating to the jeep (particularly short space for amps and a good spot for a sub). Then they did a tremendous job installing the high quality product set in a timely professional manner. The difference is incredibly mind blowing. It has completely exceeded my expectations and made me incredibly happy! Lastly - it seems like a good crew working a small business and it means a lot for me to support that type of hard work and commitment. Customer service was absolutely A+, Knowledge Base was A+, and Professionalism was A+. The only draw back I could identify is that I didn't have time to take advantage of their comprehensive walk through of the system because I needed to catch a flight. You can absolutely trust them with your baby.

I've had Northside Custom Sounds install remote starts in two vehicles now. They have been excellent to work with, responsive, and courteous. They've taken the time to make sure I understood the features and functionality and answered all my questions. They even helped me keep it a surprise for my spouse!

Kevin and family take care of their customers. I had a remote start installed, took a couple of hours and I was taught how to work the remote and the app. Northside takes care of their customer vehicles and you can tell they all enjoy what they do. Recently brought a truck in for diagnostics after a new self install stopped working. Will was happy to help even though it wasn’t their install or products. They found the problem, fixed it, and had our guy back on the road in no time at all, best $100 diagnostic fee ever! They even emailed over the invoice instead of making our driver pay on the spot. Next time we will send the truck right here for the install!

Good experience with getting my remote start installed in my 2017 hyundai sonata. Update: everything is still working great since December 22.

I had a new Kenmore 10” radio, Phoenix gold speakers, and tailgate backup camera installed in my F150. Kevin and Will were very easy and nice to work with, and the team did a clean job — looks and sounds awesome! Highly recommend!

I was recommended to check this place out to get my backup camera fixed. I can't say enough about how great the service was. I had worked with Kevin to order and replace my backup camera. The work was done quickly, professionally, and at a great price. I had been quoted hundreds more at the dealership. Overall a great experience can't recommend this place enough!

Kevin O was very helpful in information about the automatic car starters. And helping us decide on the one that suited us best for our 2016 Town & Country! Also had all my work on my stereo system done there for my SUV and they exceeded my expectations.

I've had a remote start installed on my truck and a custom stereo system installed in my boat, grade A+ on both. The most recent project involved having Kevin (the owner) install USB ports in my boat.
