Perfect Stay Inn

This quaint, oldstyle hotel was a delight to stay at. It was clean and quiet with the added charm of high ceilings and a central location if you're spending time in Blair. Having the toilet and shower down the hall is no issue if you think of it as a hostel. Plus, the price couldn't be beat. I'd even consider it instead of a place in Omaha.

Built in 1879? Building has a lot of character and charm .very Clean ,comfortable and quiet. Best of all priced right! Felt like a quest in a home rather than a customer in a room!

Very nice! Clean, comfortable, and affordable. The staff was courteous, and knowledgeable of the area as well as the history of the Hotel, which was very interesting in and of itself. I would definitely recommend it to anyone.

I have stayed at many hotels and this place is the best by far. The price was good and the owner and management was super friendly and helpful. The place was clean and decorated beautifully. Very nice town and a very good place to stay!

Interesting little historic building located in old town Blair, NE. Very cheap place to stay.

This is the most positive three star review I've ever written. If you are reading it, it means you have no budget. That's okay. For under $50, you get a working fridge, a cold air conditioner, a clean bed, a door that locks, and a roof. That's all you need. Community showers, community toilets. If you can afford better, you wouldn't be here.

For those with deeper pockets- make no mistake, this is not a "two star hotel." Do not compare this to other two star hotels. This is a zero star hotel. Not a motel. Not a bed and breakfast, although it shares the mixture of quaint dated elements and outright disrepair the owner is hoping you'll mistake for the same. Think of it as a decent hostel.

"Renovated" is some kind of joke. Staying here is the equivalent of staying with a "friend" who isn't that clean and you aren't that close to, but is letting you crash in exchange for gas money, so you can't complain.

Those with allergies need not apply. There is black mold in the bathroom, at least the one on my floor. The shower knob came off in my hand so many times it made me wish I brought my vice grips from home. Everything is shoddily kit-bashed together. The no-slip tread on the stairs might be slicker than the carpet underneath. Notes from management are written on corrugated cardboard and affixed with Scotch tape.

And for $50 a night when cash is tight, that's fine.

Ok rooms, very cheap prices. Super nice staff and clean. Stayed there for 4 months while working locally. No frills, but worth the price.

Good old world place to stay at. Friendly staff. Due to it's age room service is minimal.
