Slumberland Furniture

I happened to be shopping for a recliner on Memorial Day weekend and was glad for the sales! I found exactly what I was looking for on sale, online, but it was going to take 6-7 weeks for delivery. I called the Roseville store and spoke to Robert, who found a way to get me the model I wanted within the next week. He was super friendly and helpful in answering my many questions. Thank you!

My girlfriend and I came in and were greeted by Susan. By far the best experience I have had working with a Sales Associate. Not just when shopping for furniture, but altogether we were provided with an excellent experience.

She was knowledgable, personable, and made our experience fun.

The whole process was smooth! They were able to find all the furniture, and deliver sooner than original date. I appreciate Robert for helping me with the ordering process, and communicating with me throughout, and gathering all the furniture so they can be delivered same time.

Our new couches were delivered yesterday and we love them! We enjoyed our visit to the Roseville Slumberland Store, no high-pressure sales. We took advantage of their President’s Day sale and saved hundreds of dollars on the two couches. Delivery was free, however we did pay the additional fee to have them set up the couches in our house which was great! They were on-time, quick and courteous, we definitely recommend the additional fee for full setup. Thank you, Slumberland!

Our salesperson, Brandon, was very knowledgeable and helpful. He provided us with the information we needed to sort through the different options, and then left us alone, allowing us to make the best decision for our needs. There was absolutely no pressure to make a purchase. We appreciated his style and approach.

I had an amazing experience. I was looking for a recliner and had the dimensions I needed written down. I walked in and Susan told me I looked like a man with a purpose!! I told her what I was looking for and she showed me a couple chairs. She only needed to show me two because the 2nd one was the one! She showed me how to use the recliner without breaking it and then we sat and talked about video games and Star Wars for a bit!! Best furniture buying experience I ever had!!!

Exceptional customer service, flexible warranties, and kind staff. Would absolutely recommend. We worked with Robert to replace our mattress and he was knowledgeable and delightful to work with.

The Roseville Slumberland store has a lot of sofas/sectionals displayed as well as many chairs and additional pieces. It was important to me to be able to sit on the furniture before making a purchase. Susan was the sales associate who helped me, and she was exactly what I needed. She was patient, answered every question I had, had a very relaxed approach, let me just be when I wanted to think and explore, and would show up at just the right time when I needed some help. I was also shocked to learn that with choosing my fabric for both the sectional and the pillows I can expect delivery within 3 to 4 weeks. I will be definitely going back as I fill in more pieces in the living room.

Fantastic! Susan was so incredibly helpful. We went in to purchase a new mattress and she helped us realize our current mattress had a defect. She then helped us submit a warranty claim. When we came back, she helped us pick out a new mattress and bed staying after close to finish the sale. Overall,
