I just purchased another Toyota from Rick Collins Toyota. The service has always been superb and working with Awesome Austin was...well, Awesome. He was informative without being overbearing. His patience and desire to "not sell us a vehicle, but help us buy a vehicle" was a great partnership. Billy and Chris with financing had answers to whatever we needed. The service department has always been top notch. I couldn't recommend this dealership or Toyota more. Always a pleasure!

We had a great experience buying a Sienna from Rick Collins. We live several hours out of town but Luis Mora, our sales consultant was very responsive whenever we had questions. He was patient with us while we waited for just the right van to come along and was never pushy. We had some major hiccups on our journey to get our new vehicle and Luis and the team made the experience much less stressful than it should have been. He was in contact with us way after business hours to help get us out of a tough situation. Once we finally arrived to pick up our new van, the whole team was friendly and took their time with us despite our delayed arrival. We LOVE our new van!! Just purchased my 7th Toyota. The last five have been purchased from Rick Collins, Toyota in Sioux City, Iowa. Shout out to the next amazing people for their kindness, efficiency, honesty, dedication and ability to make purchasing a vehicle fun. Becky Petersen: Sales, Charles Franklin: sales, Tim Vos: Service, Chris Schneiders: Finance, Matt Collins: ? Top dog? Manager? CEO ?, Don’t know for sure. But he sold me my first Toyota when I moved to the Sioux City area. A used Tundra. That one experience set me off on a lifetime journey of loving Toyota and especially Rick Collins Toyota. After the Tundra I bought an FJ Cruiser. Such a fun car! Then I moved on to a Highlander. Another great vehicle for getting my friends together to go antiquing all in one car. Next was my 3rd Avalon (first 2 in Texas). I love the smooth, quiet ride of the Avalon and all the bells and whistles. But after I purchased this last Avalon, we moved from town to the Loess Hills, dirt roads, no pavement, steep hills, big clunks of rock or snow and ice—not the terrain for a beautiful Avalon, so I traded it for a 4-runner I just picked up today. Becky Pedersen was my chosen sales woman because I had purchased the Highlander from her earlier and I absolutely feel like an old friend with this woman. She was patient with me making my slow decisions, she explained everything so perfectly and knew her vehicles so well I was finally able to decide on the 4-runner for my life in the hill country. Anyway, I used to hate taking cars in for service in some places where I felt totally out of place in what was basically a man’s world. But at Rick Collins, Toyota, service manager Tim Vos kept me updated on what was going on as I waited in a beautiful, comfortable, unbelievably clean, spacious waiting room with a TV, a nice assortment of magazines, a play area for children, even popcorn, baked goods and coffee for the customers waiting for their cars. Some of them were even using the taxi system where they could get a ride somewhere else—all of this at no charge. Even when it gets to signing the paperwork and working out financing, Chris makes you totally comfortable and is so up front and honest (and funny) it makes a stressful time easy and exciting. Charles, who sold me the Avalon was also incredibly knowledgeable especially in knowing all the technology involved with the bells and whistles, connecting your phone with your car, explaining all the buttons and he always greets me with a big smile and a friendly hello. I highly recommend all of these dedicated people who work at this car dealership and I also recommend the Toyota products.

I bought a car for my wife here at this dealer and I had an amazing experience! Austin was amazing, friendly, and helpful from the moment I drove in the lot. They made the process very easy and I never felt pressured at all. Chris, the finance manager was also great to work with! I was out the door in about an hour with a new car for my wife, the whole team at the dealer helped to make this a memorable moment since this was a surprise for my wife.

It was my first time buying a new car by myself and I wasn’t sure how to go about it. My sister recommended Toyota as a place to get a car from so I went to Toyota the next day. Austin really helped me out finding which car suited me best. Jake also helped me figure out what I could do financially to get the car I wanted and now I have a brand new car that I’ve always dreamed of having.

We have always got the deal we were going after. As a matter of fact, Luis reaches out to us from time to time to see how we're doing. Billy in finance is good to work with as well. Matt Collins has been always there for us when we needed him. Today, we worked with Yanni and he demonstrated the good customer service that we have been used to.

Rick collins was not the closest to us. We started trying to find cars at our local dealers. They told us to put our name down and it might be 3-8 months. Hilario at Rick collins actually tried to find us a new vehicle. He was very easy to work with and worked hard to find us what we wanted. He made the final transaction very easy as well and made sure things went smoothly. Thank you Hilario for our new 4 runner!
