Absolutely great experience here! I had all of the trust and confidence in storing here. They have a large amount of cameras that cover all areas of the property and are always vigilant of what goes on here. Along with there camera system, they have foot patrols of the property and inspect all locks and will go out of their way to call and notify you in case you forgot to resecure your belongings. 10/10 would recommend

Kory greeted us when we arrived without an appointment and took the time to answer all our questions. We were unsure of what unit would work for us so Kory took us on a tour of all available options. He made the experience easy and pain free.

I’ve been a customer for 3 years and I highly recommend this storage facility. The customer service has improved tremendously now that Joanne is the manager, the previous 2 companies that owned this facility did a horrible job managing, but since Extra Space bought the facility, everything has improved thanks to Joanne , very nice lady , processes payment quickly , always in the office to address any matters. She is great , I can’t say enough good things about this lady.

Joanne was very helpful! Ended up having to switch units to a slightly bigger one, last minute, and she was able to land me the last one and walk me through that process. I used this facility about 6 years ago when it was Burlington. Since I’m moving to NH this was a no brainer to come back , I love the location and the people in the office are incredibly helpful and friendly . Jason and Mike are the best , any time l needed anything they were always willing to go above and beyond to be helpful . And as far as the facility itself it’s always clean and bright and we actually look forward to going there .
