We bought a fireplace for our personal residence and updated a rental property same time! Fireside was organized and gave great recommendations for the two different fireplaces.

A gentlemen named Steve, from Fireside, worked on the rental property fireplace and did an incredible job fixing previous install errors and updated the property with a switch for best setup. It’s like brand new!

They were courteous and professional and took care of all the details, including lining up the various inspections that were needed. My sales person was helpful in finding the best unit for the money and my living space. The technicians were knowledgeable and friendly and answered all of my questions. Went in to get ideas for a mantle and ended up buying a custom surround mantle. Staff was very patient and helpful to us and we are very happy that we went with them. Should have it installed by mid April...

We needed help with a repair for our gas fireplace. It was scheduled quickly and the repair was done with good care and effectiveness. Our repair person called about 20 minutes ahead of arriving to make sure we were ready. He was very careful with the rug and surrounding furniture. He gave us good information. We were very pleased.

I scheduled the fireplace tuneup and that’s exactly what they did! Our 15 year old gas fireplace looks and runs like new again. Wonderful, courteous technician took his time and explained everything he was doing, fabulous! Highly recommend.

We recently purchased a new gas fireplace from Fireside in Maple Grove. It was one of 4 stores we visited. Fireside was the only one that took the time to educate us. The main salesman spent alot of time helping us understand the myriad of options. In the end we chose a slim fireplace and decided to do the framing and finish work ourselves. Fireside put in the unit and did the gas lines. The fireplace is in and we love it. We feel like we got a good deal compared to other stores. Bottom line...if you want to be educated so you can choose the right unit, we highly recommend this store.

We had 2 gas fireplaces serviced that were dusty, rusty, and not working quite right, so we hired Fireside to give us a tune up. After the initial quote we were nervous about what it would really end up costing us. At the end, our fireplaces look like new, fire nice, burn nice, have less fog, and have less fan noise. We are super thankful we went through with the servous, and will definitely be repeat customers.

I missed Scott’s visit but heard great comments from my husband. What I do know is that Scott cleaned everything and reconfigured the way everything was arranged. I wish I had a good before photo. The fireplace looks so much better! It is now beautiful! We use it more often because it looks so nice. Thank you to Scott.

The whole process was very straightforward and everyone at Fireside Hearth and Home Maple Grove made things very easy. The installation crew were friendly, experienced and professional. They cleaned up after themselves and showed up right on time. The second install (fire-up) went just as well. Everyone was friendly, knowledgeable and their customer service was top notch. My wife and I wanted a new door for our fireplace and passed Fireside Hearth & Home many times so we stopped in to see what they had. The selection was incredible! We worked with Debbie who was absolutely fantastic. She took her time showing us the options they had and then let us browse and answered all of our questions.

We picked out a custom door and were told it would be installed in late January or early February and they were right on time. John and Jim who did the install were wonderful. Great guys who did the job in a timely fashion.

Everyone we dealt with were friendly, helpful, patient and professional.

The new door looks gorgeous and is working great.

I would not hesitate to recommend this business if you are looking for a new fireplace door. The options are plenty with a variety of styles, colors, sizes and more.

We've owned our house for decades but recently had issues with our gas fireplace. The technician checked for leaks, then checked and cleaned the pilot assembly. He then cleaned the glass, logs, firebox, then removed the rust from the enclosure and painted it. Very happy with the service.

Fireside put in a gas insert in our home, they did a beautiful job!

Scott was polite, friendly, and knowledgeable. He showed me issues and their importance,
offered options and prices, then let me make my decision. He was fast and efficient. I would definitely recommend Fireside for service and maintenance.

We purchased a new home in 2019 in which yall installed the fireplace in. It stopped working recently. I called the Maple Grove store and originally spoke to a very nice young lady, either Julie or Lori (my apologies for not remembering). She listened to my issue and advised me to try replacing the wall switch before doing anything else cause it would be an easy fix and could be the issue. That did not work unfortunately. I called back to order a part and spoke with Greg Anderson. This man could not have been kinder or more helpful!! He spent many call backs and time on the phone with me trying to walk me through multiple things to try that he and his service technician thought could be the issue. He called me back numerous times with other things to try. Greg did everything he could to get my fireplace going when most other people would not have done since there was no sale or anything in it for him. He simply wanted to help. Upon trying numerous things to no avail, he came to the conclusion that it was a control module and he ordered me a new one and had it shipped directly to my home. It came extremely quick and it worked like a charm. My dogs are forever grateful for Greg and his technician! Greg, I could not appreciate your kindness and assistance more! You are truly a professional with heart and I am grateful to have "met" you! I will forever sing the praises of this store and the people that work there!! It is great to know that service does still exist in this society we currently live in! Thank you!!

Zach, the technician came to my home was very courteous and knowledgeable and spent time explaining different aspects of owning a gas fireplace. I appreciated his kindness and thoroughness.

I had maintenance done on 2 gas fireplaces. He cleaned both, changed the motor on one, and found a potential carbon monoxide leak on the other. My technician was timely, clean, and knowledgeable.

Very nice and considerate installers. Remove boots put down drop clause cleaned up afterwards. Service was done in a good time. Very happy with the new fireplace stove.

Scott was my technician. He was on time, discussed the situation with my fireplace, found the correct solution, fixed the problem and did it professionally. He cleaned my fireplace glass and was very neat and tidy. Scott is an amazing person and technician.

Had a service come out to figure out why our gas fireplace wouldn't light. Technician was knowledgeable and did a fabulous job finding the issue and getting it all fixed up. I was pleasantly surprised with his attention to detail when cleaning everything out and adding new "embers".
