I have always had the best service at Taylor Ford. Nick Isom is my regular car salesman and I’ve bought five cars from him over the years. My parents have bought from Nick and just recently so has a friend. He’s very friendly and communication is excellent. His partner Andrew had to help with my Black Edge since Nick was out on medical, but Nick still called me and gave me Andrew’s information and advised I would be working with Andrew this time around. It felt kinda strange not working with Nick directly. Andrew was compassionate and easy to work with. Michael Swiderski was my finance agent. He remembered me and came out to Andrew’s desk and we signed all the docs there since I had others with me. Mike is a great guy and knows what he’s doing. Another great experience taking delivery of Ford Edge - two of them! really come to appreciate the entire team, starts with the sales reps I've worked with over the many years, Catfish and Mike. It's only happened once over the years bit interaction with their Service department was great as well. Clean area and organized.

I brought my 2007 Ford Freestyle here to get an estimate for collision. Ford no longer has oem parts for my car, but the man at there (I wish I got his name!) was really great! He gave me insight in to how my car is put together and made me VERY less worried about driving on the road. Super friendly and relaxed atmosphere in what is, for me, a sort of stressful car situation.
I didn't end up getting quite an estimation since there aren't original parts and it would be more based on unknown labor time. But if I did have a newer or more common car this guy would have been quick at doing an estimation. I appreciate the time he put into checking my car out and advising me.

I went to Taylor Ford the other day for a oil change and tire rotation. I was upset with myself because I meant to be at the dealership before 8:30am becauseIfiguredthe ealier I got there the shorter the wait. Instead I arrived right around 10am. What a great surprise I got when my vehicle was ready in 45 minutes! They also gave back my vehicle cleaner than when I gave it them! Plus everyone's really friendly.

Easy to schedule online. Just drive up to the bay door at your appointment time and it opens automatically. Friendly and prompt greeting at the vehicle by John. He took great care of me. Out within the hour. Nice lounge with a view of the repair facility. Will certainly become a repeat customer. Thanks much!

I went in to have my tire checked and it needs to be replaced. Although I was there 3 hours to find out it has to be ordered and I'm going back today to have it put on, Nicholas was very helpful and courteous. I'm grateful I have the tire warranty. I live in Detroit but I drive to Taylor Ford because they do have great service and try and take care of all your needs.

The scheduler Jimmy was able to get my F-150 into the shop in a timely fashion and Dean my service advisor communicated with me about the process. A shuttle service was provided for me so that I could go about my day and my truck was ready later in the same day! Thank you Taylor Ford!
