Isaiah was my sales representative. He was very professional, helpful, and nice. He was just helpful not pushy like most sales reps be. I didn’t think I would get approved because my credit took a hit during the pandemic. He was confident that he could get me approved and he did. I’m glad I decided to check them out.

I received a letter to take my 2010 Ford Fusion in for a recall. Rob (service advisor) let me know that the part was on back order and that my car would be there for at least two weeks. I was provided with a rental for the time my car was being serviced. I appreciated the concern for my safety and the consideration of me needing transportation. I was taken by shuttle to pick up the rental. My car was ready in less than 2 weeks. Once again, I was satisfied with the service at Ford Fairlane. Darryl made sure I got out quickly when I picked up my car. I can't say enough about the courtesy and caring attitude of all the staff.

I took my 2013 Taurus in with, what I thought, minor engine issues. After handing it over to the Service team, it quickly turned in to much more than I had bargained for.

My Service Adviser, Steve, assured me they would get to the bottom of the issue as quickly as possible. Despite some major repairs (and repair costs,) and having my car in the shop for just over a week, I didn't have a single worry.

Steve and his team were transparent, responsive, thorough and just generally great dudes. This was my first time working with Fairlane Ford, and as long as I live in Michigan, I don't plan on ever going to another dealer.

I had some additional extended warranty service work performed on my Fusion. They kept me informed of progress and kept me in a free loaner...great job by Steve the service rep

I had to take my Ford Fusion for 50,000 mile checks and was very happy with the service rep (Rob). His estimate and time were right on and got me out the door quickly. Great job!

We recently had our fusion serviced at Fairlane Ford - a repair to correct a 'bang to the front quarter panel.
The service was outstanding; the quote process was efficient and fair, the actual time in the shop less than expected. The staff was congenial and of great help.
We would highly recommend the work and service at Fairlane Ford.

I bought my Focus at Fairlane, and have had it serviced there many times. The friendly sales staff helped me find exactly the car that I wanted, and get it transferred from the other dealership quickly.
My oil changes have always been quick, even when the shop looked pretty busy.

I got a great deal on my slightly used Ford Focus. It is as good as brand new and has an excellent warranty. The staff are all real friendly and helpful. I first got a car there about 10 years ago, and don't go anywhere else. Their service department is quick and efficient.

I would like to share my feedback as it relates to my overall experience with this dealership. While I realize that I will be given the opportunity to provide feedback in some canned survey, I wanted to put in the additional effort to recognize the exceptional customer service that was extended by their staff members.

I received a communication for a recall notice from Ford for my 2013 Explorer and promptly scheduled a service appointment. I was assisted immediately by Daryl, who in turn, ordered the needed part and called me to confirm the appointment. Later, I dropped off my vehicle, was escorted to Enterprise where I picked up my rental car, and received a follow up call from Daryl midway through the day informing me that my vehicle was ready for pick up.

In retrospect, I was very satisfied with Daryl’s facilitation of the entire ordeal. He was very accommodating, personable, and eager to assist- characteristics that are not as prevalent in the service industry. His professionalism and promptness in delivering results certainly left a positive impression on me.

I had leased my 2013 Explorer almost a year ago and was assisted by Wissama and Bassam, who were also extremely pleasant to deal with. They ensured that I was content with my lease and provided support along the way. Each of them went out of their way to guarantee that I had a satisfactory customer experience.

I am aware that most people are quick to voice discontent and not as many will express their gratification for above-and-beyond service, so, here’s to doing my part in changing that trend. The staff members that I encountered at this dealership definitely deserved the added effort.

Fairlane Ford deserves a 5 star review for the one sales consultant, Abdo Sahili, that showed what GREAT customer service skills really mean. The customer service of the dealership as a whole was merely par. However, Ford Motor Company as a whole did not seem to value me as customer; when I explained my issue to Ford customer service, I was returned with very little sympathy and no options. I was left without a car for a month and not given the option of a rental or any reimbursement for the rental or my lease. I was initially told that the car would be repaired in a week. Once they realized that they needed one to two months to completely fix, I was forced to extend my rental at my own expense.

I purchased a 2012 Ford Escape, and i am very happy with my purchase. The vehicle was priced just right, and the buying process, all the way up to delivery went very smooth. Mike was in charge of my purchase, and he was available to answer any questions that i had, and hustled to ensure my vehicle was ready when i arrived to pick it up. I would recommend this dealership to others in the market for a new or used car, and will definately look into this location for my own future car purchases.

This is the 6th vehicle we've bought/leased from Randy, 4 for us and 2 for mother in law. Each and every time he has gone above and beyond to make our purchasing experience seamless. I took my 2002 Ford Winstar to Fairlane Ford for an oil change, tires rotation, and wiper replacement. Since I purchased my wiper blades previously, I was not charged to have them replaced. The service advisor was very pleasant. He went through each item of concern on my vehicle.

I came in with my Ford Taurus for the standard oil change. Things went well and on the projected timetable of the technician.

Please do share with all your staff that it's never who sells the car or what car is sold, but it's the ongoing service after the sale that truly counts and determines where any future car transactions (sales/services) to be done. Even though my car is very old, it's the service that keeps bringing me back due to the valuable trust that has been put forth by the Service Department!

My reason in going to Fairlane Ford was for new tires. One would think “no big deal”. What I was impressed with was the safety factor in which the service adviser explained to me while at the same time giving me tire and price options. Safety is what sold me. After all, the car belongs to my daughter.
