Purchased my first motorcycle there today. A new Kawasaki Ninja 400. Jamie was great and helped the sale go smoothly for my first purchase. Everybody made sure I was comfortable with the bike and knew all about it before I rode off for the first time. I was able to practice a bit in their parking lot before I left, and one of the workers even complimented the bike! I appreciated everybody’s service so much!

Like everyone low on inventory on Kawasaki, they have a few Can-Am/BRP side by sides..... but have them order Kawa for you if you want one. Jamey is great, lots of help loading.

I didn't buy anything, sales was super helpful and there was no pressure to buy.

I have been in the market for a new motorcycle for the past several months, and when I finally narrowed down what bike I wanted, I spent even more time shopping around. The particular bike that I wanted to purchase has been discontinued and in short supply in my local area, so I had to look elsewhere. After some internet research, I came across Caswell. They had the best price (by FAR), and seemed to have good reviews, so I took the plunge.

I reached out and got put in touch with Jamie, one of the sales reps on a Monday. Informed him of the plan and had a purchase order within about 2 hours. I sent him an email on Thursday to let him know I still planned on picking up the bike on Saturday.

After about a 3 hour drive, I arrived Saturday morning to find the motorcycle all setup and ready to go. The paperwork process was painless and all in all, I spent about 40 minutes total in the dealership. This time included loading the motorcycle up, which Jamie even helped me out with!

Overall I am extremely happy with my experience, and would return again in the future. These guys may be out of the way for a majority of folks, but they've got excellent customer service, and that is very hard to come by nowadays.

***It's also worth mentioning, Caswell had the best price on my particular motorcycle within a 250 mile radius of myself as well***

Went in to ask about a 450. Jamie was extremely helpful in finding the right bike with me and we went over the options. I ended up finding the perfect Dirt Bike for me (KX450) and couldn’t have been happier with how smooth and helping they were. They helped me find a way to get my bike to my property that day! Couldn’t have asked for better customer service! I will be going back with any maintenance or purchase I want to make in the future. Thanks again Caswell Cycle!

Super friendly staff, helped me pick out a few accessories for my Stihl equipment. They have some killer rides as well. Plenty of stuff to look at. I however don't really have any experience with their service department yet so, if that ever happens I will gladly update my review. For the time being though, it's been a five 🌟 place for me... I was treated very well and all my questions were answered. There was no high pressure sale. I was in there a number of times and looked at other dealers. I came back and bought exactly what I wanted. Then went back and bought accessories. I should have decided to get them right away.

I am so glad I stopped in at Caswell to see if I could upgrade to the F3. They were helpful, yet low key, so I felt no pressure in making my decision. It was an easy decision too as they were more reasonable on my trade-in than I was lead to believe by other dealers. Super people in this out-state dealership! So glad I bought here.

We REALLY hit it lucky coming in on the Saturday we were here. Ended up finding some great closeout deals on cycling clothes, got very helpful suggestions and information on our Spyder, All of the staff were friendly, helpful, and knew their stuff about all we needed. I'll Trailer, Tow, drag or push my Can-am here for my future service needs (If I can't just ride it there...)

My husband and I drove down from Canada to have our Can Am Spyders Laser Aligned... We received Top notch Service from this Dealer !!! It made a HUGE difference in the handling and ride... If there are any Spyder owners out there considering this service, we strongly recommend it....All of the staff were super friendly and helpful... Stopped in last week to get information on a new Spyder. Had to ask for a salesperson, which was fine. It gave me a chance to look at the new machines on the floor. Jamie took time to explain the changes to the new Spyders. I took one for a ride, and decided I wanted to come back with my wife the next day. I believe it was the owners Spyder that they let us take for a ride. He told me to go for a "real" ride so we could get comfortable with it. We are not sure if the Spyder is what we are looking for, (riding a Gold Wing now). If we would decide to purchase a Spyder it will definitely be from Caswell. It was a great experience working with them!

Friendly service from knowledgeable employees!

Brought my Moto Guzzi in for service. The electronic fuel pump was louder than normal. After replacing the fuel pump the noise was still present. After searching and testing electrical components they found a blown fuse serving the electronic fuel valve. Voila, problem solved. Top notch service and friendly. Nice to have a Moto Guzzi dealer north of the metro.

THAT GOT MY ATTENTION TOLD THE SALES REP JAMIE AFTER HOURS
THAT I WANTED IT AND HE SAID HE WOULD HOLD IT. CAME BACK IN AND HAD A VERY SMOOTH TRANSACTION AND UPON DELIVERY ALL PARTS ROOF AND WINDSHIELD WERE READY TO GO. JAMIE WAS VERY EASY TO WORK WITH AND MY EXPERIENCE WAS GREAT.

Stopped in and spoke with Jaime in sales. Very helpful. Although they didn't have what I was looking for I was pleased with the experience.
