With my nephews untimely death in the UP, which is hundreds of miles from my home I was able to contact Canale & Pennock Funeral Service and make all the necessary arrangements for him remotely and it was handled flawlessly. I cannot describe the peace of mind that it gave me and our family knowing that my nephew would be taken care of. The advice, communication, and follow up were highly professional. While I had to deal with the heartbreaking untimely death of my son, Canale's Funeral home helped me handel the appropriate arrangements. I never had to worry or even attempt to try to deal with the details on my own - they helped me deal with the toughest time in my life, when I was unable to help myself. Jerry is such a super nice man. He made everything easy at a difficult time. The pandemic has changed the way funerals are being held, but Jerry was able to accommodate us. My mother’s service was still lovely and our family was pleased with it.

With the passing of my father Mr. Pennock was patient and kind. There was no pressure from him while he was serving us. He was professional and accommodating. Thank you for caring for our loved one.
