We got connected with Michelle Brown, who came to our home for a consultation. We recently purchased an older home that had been renovated but the style was not ours. We received excellent advice and options from Michelle, who also then helped organize installation and delivery for everything. Carpet, Wallpaper, and Paint colors, as well as some other decorative touches.

The transformation of our home is significant. Michelle understood our goals, helped us work within our budget, and the coordination of installation and delivery was seamless and clear.

I wish there was a way to give Michelle Brown at Klingman's more than a 5 star review. Someone needs to bring on the 10 star option! Michelle is an incredibly talented designer and a phenomenal person. She's informative, honest, a great listener, and she made our experience fun. She went WAY above and beyond just helping us pick new furniture....she envisioned a cozy, welcoming living space with the comfortable feel we hoped for. From the couch and ottoman down to throw pillows, paint color and accessories, she pulled together a curated collection AND helped us stay within our budget. I personally find it difficult to weed through all of the furniture choices, colors, and fabrics into a cohesive look on my own, but she made that part surprisingly easy. We are so excited about our purchases! Thank you again, Michelle, for helping us create a gorgeous living space. You are incredible!

Of all Michelle’s qualities, I do believe her listening skills are the keenest which I believe such an asset when decorating. She attentively listened to how I envisioned the spaces I was furnishing, and immediately set to task identifying pieces that all reflected that vision. Her selections were perfection, and her ability to describe color coordination meticulous; something I am not particularly skilled at. She was incredibly patient, timely responded to questions and was attentive to all my needs. I most certainly will work with her in the future. Thank you!

Klingman’s was recommended as a furniture company with great products and customer service. Our experience found this to be true. We made modest purchases over the past year and each was positive. Channa Jeltema-Lambert was our sales sales representative and terrific to work with in areas that matter: high level of customer service, design and product knowledge, good advice and counsel, and understanding of my objectives. I made a brief mention of a problem I had given up solving. Channa asked a number of questions and provided options I didn’t know existed and the problem was solved. My observations indicate that these characteristics are likely consistent across the Klingman’s staff.

The layout of the store includes many small settings with furniture, rugs, lighting, pillows and other accessories. As someone who is “design challenged” seeing a product in a more real setting was helpful. Klingman’s has a broad inventory and access to the broader market. All logistics were flawlessly handled. Although each purchase was modest, Channa went beyond expectations to ensure the selected product was right for our home.

Bridget and Dan provided exceptional, 'top notch" customer service and care in every aspect. It started with a text regarding furniture availability, then a visit to the Grand Rapids store and lastly a furniture delivery from Klingman's.
No pressure or "hard sell - just Friendly, Helpful assistance from the very Knowledgeable Sales Staff. The Delivery drivers were prompt, courteous and proficient as well. This was truly the absolute BEST furniture purchasing experience we have ever had. We highly recommend Klingman's Furniture and we will most definitely be back!

My husband and I recently purchased chairs from Klingman's, using texts and phone calls since we live some distance from the store. Our texts were quickly replied to by Bridget, with information that we requested. This experience reminded us of positive dealings with the store in the past. When we first moved to Central Michigan, Klingman's was recommended to us for quality goods, excellent customer service, and great selection! They have not disappointed us!

We traveled 2 1/2 hours to visit the store to see a sofa that was in stock (nowhere else). Channa (designer consultant) was fantastic and had such a keen eye. We ended up with a different sofa as well as two chairs, small accent table and a rug. Pricing was good, quality of items exceptional and Channa's design eye fantastic. Its worth the drive to visit Klingman's.
We now will go nowhere else.

I worked with Designer Lisa Gaither last Saturday and she is truly amazing. I spend about 4 hrs at the store with Lisa. I highly recommend her to anyone that needs help with picking the right furniture. She is very friendly, patient, knowledgeable and has an eye for design. Loved working with her. Can't wait to get my new living room furniture's.

I worked with design consultant Lisa Gaither at Klingman's on several projects and could not be happier. Lisa is fantastic. She never rushes you into a decision and will present as many options as you need to find something you will love. She is very easy to work with, responds immediately to any questions, has great ideas but is not pushy and will go the extra mile to make sure you are satisfied with your choices. My overall experiences with Klingman's and Lisa have been very positive.

David Isreals and Michelle Brown put together a great plan for our office's soft-seating needs. They created an atmosphere that is much more colorful, warm, and inviting for every employee and visitor. It has been fun to be part of the process with them as they made suggestions and allowed us to pick from the options they presented. It has been a pleasure working with them and Michelle has been great continuing to see through all the details even with all of the supply delays.

I cannot say enough great things about Klingman’s of Lansing. WOW what an incredible experience I had purchasing new furniture.

Klingman’s was an incredible experience. We visited because the table we had ordered at Art Van was not going to be delivered since they went out of business. Klingman’s was able to get us a slightly better table that was still within the price of the table we were supposed to get from Art Van. Our sales representative Dawn was super knowledgeable and told us all the options that each table manufacturer had to offer. I would recommend anyone looking for furniture to stop in and see what Klingman’s has to offer!

We worked with Lisa G. to get a new dining table and chairs. She was extremely helpful and worked with us to find chairs from a different maker that would fit our budget. Very professional and not pushy in the least. We love our new table and chairs! We had a great experience at Klingmans!
