Great place for minnows, good quality minnows.. guys super nice and can give information on the hot spots.. bait shop has everything u would need to fish the river for walleye.. walleye minnows are $4 a dip, easily 20-25 in a dip, and very healthy blue shinny minnows.. good guy, definitely worth calling before stopping in or call the evening before.. takes couple minutes to get to the door.. old age is catching up on all of us..

Top notch place. I was skeptical at first, as i pulled up and didn’t know if I was at the right place. A young at heart person greeted me and made me feel like I was a long time customer. He was spot on about the river enabled me to have an amazing experience; without his wisdom, I wouldn’t have had as good of a time. Please stop in here and shop local, he has everything you need to have a great day. The fish below was a a result from his suggestions.

My family has been going here since I was just knee high with a grasshopper. My dad and uncles were obsessed with their bait store. I remember them saying that you would not catch them if you didn't use Cox-s bait. Lol witch I have actually begun to believe them.. I have agreed with myself that I am going to have to go back and get the Cox's bait for old time sake and the sake for my freezer. Lol I will see you guy's soon.

Awesome small bait shop out of owners home. Has everything you need when others stores do not carry. Very kind and honest gentlemen who runs it. Will always recommend and will go there instead of big stores.

Ran by a elderly gentalman out of his home. Was fair and kind. One of the only places to get minnows in saginaw(they are kinda small) but often times gives u more than u ask for. Sells atleast 2$ at a time

Have got my minnows here since 87 hes always got up to date information and best part is mr cox is honest

Always got what you need and is a very kind man. Also generous with the minnows unlike ither places who count one by one!

Stopped in and had a great selection of rubbers for jigs in stock. Great service and very nice!
