Scrubs & Beyond

Was helped out by Christina at the Roseville location. Warm and welcoming as soon as I walked in the door. She was so wonderful and understanding of what I was looking for in scrubs. Told her about scrubs I already owned and loved and she gave me some new suggestions based on my qualifications for a good scrub (pockets, stretch, thickness). Helped me through a return as well. Unmatched service and will always come back here for scrubs.

ALWAYS a pleasant shopping experience!! The associates are so helpful-they’re able to find what I’m looking for before I do so I’m not wandering aimlessly!!
I also came across the White Cross brand randomly and it very well might be my new favorite!! Literally feels like I’m wearing my lounge pants comfy!!!

I cannot say nicer things about Christina, the manager of this location! She's got the most personable, friendly demeanor and was able to help me find some new scrubs for the beginning of a new work season. Additionally, I lost my wallet AND ID somewhere in the store - to which Christina personally called me and let me know my belongings were safe and sound at the front! Thank you, Christina! I'm locking forward to continuing shopping with you!

When I first walked into this store I had no idea what I was looking for as someone who is new to having scrubs but Christina came over and helped me right away!! she was SO kind, knowledgeable, helpful and super understanding that people may be new to this like I was/am!! Abi & Crystle were incredibly helpful in picking out the right ensemble my son needed for his nursing class at Century. They even gave us a student discount that I did not know about. Unfortunately there was an irate customer who was being difficult and loud next us in the checkout. This customer accused staff of somehow forcing her to buy a jacket that she was returning that she had already worn. It was bizarre and ridiculous. Furthermore the woman said “our people built this country” and said “you white people just take advantage of us over and over”. The adult woman, about 40 was creating a scene that started to escalate yet staff showed incredible restraint and did what they could to refund the item and showed professionalism along the way. I was having a hard time hearing my checkout person because of the woman’s loud accusations and I said “I can’t hear the checkout person- can you please not be so loud?” That did not go over well with her. I was going to set her straight but it would not have been worth my effort. Both my son and I were sad to see staff treated this way when they were wonderful people just doing their jobs well.

Christina was really hopeful and was able to help me find my size which I have been struggling to find. She gave me a couple of options and was really attentive to my needs and what I was looking for. Thank you so much!

Christina from the Roseville store was super helpful. I was returning scrubs and buying different scrubs for my daughter and she knew exactly what I was talking about when I showed her the picture I had taken. She was super knowledgeable, polite and helpful!!!
