Miracle-Ear Hearing Aid Center

First, I'd like to say Thank You to Judy Semrad. She is a wonderful Technician of the Miracle Ear hearing aid itself. I had so many questions. I had a different brand prior to getting my Miracle Ears, which I love. But all the points about the hearing aid were covered Showing me the proper way to put them in my ear correctly was covered and it did make a difference to the comfort of all day wearing. Cleaning my hearing aids was also demonstrated. Reading the pamphlet or watching a video, can't compare to the smiling face and encouraging words that Judy always has when I come in for a checkup. If you told me to rate the office from low 1 to high 10. I'd give it a 12!! When you walk into the office, Jennifer gives you a big smile and she always gives you a reminder call prior to your appointment. So it's just a great experience all around.

As is always the case, I had a great experience at my local Miracle Ear office in Fremont, NE today. I was greeted by a very friendly receptionist who offered me a beverage. I came 10 minutes before my scheduled appointment and my specialist Judy greeted me with a smile and promptly took me to her office. She reminded me it was time for a hearing test. First though she took both of my hearing aids for cleaning and a small repair. Then we completed the hearing test with similar results to my last test.
My hearing aids were now performing noticeably better than when I arrived.
We scheduled another checkup in 4 months and I was on my way in 20 minutes or so. This was an example of excellent service from start to finish.
