They are knowledgeable and believe in helping customers, it's worth the stop in to see what you are missing! I'd highly recommend either the ON clouds or the Hoka's for durability and comfort. Also the selection of Hey Dude's is very nice. Get some fresh force to keep your feet smelling nice or waterproofer to keep the salt stains off.

Bought a pair of $200 ecco shoes. Usually I'm a $50 shoe buyer, but these checked all the boxes and i wanted a great pair of everyday leather waterproof shoes that i could still run and jump in. They told me warranty on them but i didn't think of it at the time i was buying. About a year later some seams come out of shoes. I go in 20 days past my 1 year warranty, they still replace them under warranty. They didn't have to but i greatly appreciate it and i will be back for all my shoe needs!

Kevin Houcque helped us and he was so kind and so patient even though we stumbled in there pretty close to closing time. He was very honest with us and had a ton of good advice. He fit me in a hooka Bondi 7 and with the perfect insoles for my flat feet, I honestly did not want to take them off! I will definitely be back!

THE ONLY PLACE I WILL BY SHOES FROM NOW ON! Preston is one of the best salemans iv ever had! Man knows his stuff my feet never felt so good. Totally worth the stop!

Bought my mom some hey dudes and they run big in size. So we went to return them brand new in the box, never worn outside. The worker says he could look up my number but can't do an exchange without a receipt. Waste of time and terrible customer service. Not sure why it is called trade home when they refuse to trade out shoes. Lol disappointed!
