Little Chick Shoe Shop, has done wonders for us. I travel from South Bend to Kalamazoo for my grandson, his feet is really narrow and can only wear the stride rite brand. They know our needs and we thank them for that!!!

Loved the personal assistant given for fitting toddler shoes. Very patient staff to work with. Return policy is generous. Purchased 2 pair of shoes & 1 pr of rain boots for a toddler.

My daughter has ankle foot orthotics (braces). Little Chick is the absolute best place to get shoes that work with her braces. They have a great selection and I cannot say enough great things about the customer service. They are so helpful and FAST. Instead of going to 10 chain stores and trying on 100 pairs of shoes, we try on 2 or 3 carefully selected pairs at Little Chick and are in and out in 10-15 minutes. Shoe shopping is fun here and doesn’t result in tears, my daughter’s or mine! Excellent.

We are on our second generation coming here for good quality shoes and the guaranteed fit. We started a new tradition with our grandchildren, we take them in to Little Chick on their first birthday for their very first shoes...and as needed there after. During the stay at home covid pandemic my wife called looking for new shoes for our son and they pulled his file up. They recommended sizing and offered up multiple shoes. (with pictures etc)

Wonderful place that has been around Kalamazoo for ages! Such good service and they always for my children's shoes just right! They even have a discount program of your kids grow out of the shoes within a certain amount of time!

Took my 3yr old today and was very impressed with the selection that they brought out for her. Within minutes we found the pair of shoes she liked and socks. Very great service and prices.

Friendly people! Quick, no nonsense interaction. This was especially appreciated with a one year old. In and out with two pairs of shoes! The boots we bought have a replacement guarantee if my daughter grows out of them before three months!

Super friendly!! Got my daughter fitted for her first pair of walking shoes and we love them! They even allow for returns if they outgrow them!!

My mom got all her shoes from Little Chick in the 1940s and 1950s. I was taken to the West Main store in the 1970s and 1980s for all my shoes. I STILL remember buying my white patent leather mary janes for my First Communion in 1983! My son will be walking soon, and I've already made plans with my mom to come to Kalamazoo from Lexington, Kentucky to visit Little Chick for his first real pair of shoes (and frankly all shoes thereafter). They measure your child's foot and get the right size, which is so important for new walkers. That will be the third generation of my family to visit Little Chick. I love, love, love this place and knew when I had my son that we would be making the trek regularly to this store for his all shoes!

Love little chicks they are so helpful. They always measure a foot, their return policy is solid for babes that have growing feet! The staff has always been super friendly.

Great place to go! Sales person, dang it i forgot her name, was exceptionally awesome with my 18 month old grandson. We will definitely be going back as often as they grow out of their shoes.
