Love coming here for any book/board game needs. There's a Starbucks inside where you can get coffee and read. The staff are friendly and helpful when you need help. Bathroom inside is clean and everything is very organized in the store.

Co-worker had a baby so since we work with the Deaf, me & the guys got a baby sign language book! ♥
The young lady that helped me find the perfect book was friendly and pleasant. As well as the cashier.
Was in & out within 20 minutes.

What a fantastic book store. So much to look at, could easily spend half a day here. I wanted a good book to read so I picked out 6 titles, sat in their cafe with a nice cup of coffee and picked out one. I love coming here.

I Love this place so much! It's like my vacation from home. Lots of fun to have here. Exploring reading options. Find toys you love or to gift. Feel free to just hangout here as long as you want.

I haven't been in this bookstore for over 10 years and honestly I missed it. Nice cozy place to check out some new books. Have a coffee, and do some work if you choose. Very nice layout with two floors and most anything you want to read.

Awesome place with all books genre, since pschologist to hand crafting for kiddos and more, has all kind of gifts . Has a place to take coffee, food and some desserts. (Starbucks) I love it and recommend 100%.

Great selection, helpful staff, clean space. Books and magazines for people of all ages. Decent sized section for games and a large selection for children’s books. Employees recommended books are available. Always a lovely clearance section. Public restrooms are available as well as a lovely bakery/coffee shop. Free escalator rides!

If you're looking for a chain brick-and-mortar bookstore with a great selection, calm atmosphere, helpful staff (and high prices) come to Barnes and Noble!

The Grand Rapids Barnes and Noble reminds me a little of the grand old bookstores of Ann Arbor, such as Borders, or even the old Barnes & Noble in East Lansing. There is a fine selection of books and all sorts of Japanese toys and puzzles. I really like their selection of journals and Lamy pens.

Highly recommended if you are in Grand Rapids. Be sure to have a warm brownie and read awhile.

Best Barnes I've been to in years. Two floors of books! They also had movies, games, music, and toys. So many books to choose from and the staff are willing to help you find something or give recommendations.

Coming here to shop for books is an eagerly anticipated Christmas family tradition of ours. SO many books and a spacious yet cozy environment.

My daughter love Barnes & Noble. They always have the book she is looking for not to mention they have starbucks in the café.

Many of these books, a majority I would say, are from this store location. I enjoy the shopping experience here as much as any, if not more than other bookstores. The layout is nice and open, fulfilled, organized and multileveled. I have been able to find everything I have needed and more in this store, all while search other places as well. 5 stars for me on this one, hope every has a pleasurable time searching for knowledge at this here place.

My wife loves it, she is a retired teacher and the store was her hangout.

This Barnes & Noble has always been my favorite one, in Michigan ^__^ there's a Starbucks on the first floor, the second floor has a bunch of stuff for your kids! Go with some friends and make a day out of it ^^ perfect second spot, after food xD

I love going in here great selections, great atmosphere, and great selection of movies.

They have a really good selection of books as well as puzzles and games! Plus they have coupons that you can get if you accept to receive emails from Barnes & Noble. It’s not only got books, but is the perfect place to read a book and sip some coffee or tea in the café section! Whether you need a place to relax, or you are looking for a particular book, Barnes & Noble is the place to go!
