I visited Gerster Jewelers to have some jewelry work done. As in the past, the staff was very friendly and helpful. The staff was knowledgeable, cheerful, and prompt. The family owned location has always been very fair in pricing. I had been recommended it by a coworker long ago.

I had inherited my late mothers diamond tennis bracelet and one of the links broke. Upon inspection, just about every link needed to be replaced, along with the locking clasp. My mom's bracelet looks brand new!! They did such a wonderful job! They have definitely made a customer for life.

I dropped off my wife’s mother’s wedding ring to be repaired. It was in terrible shape missing a stone and multiple prongs, as well as needing several prongs to be tightened and for the ring to be rhodium dipped. I got the quote back within a week of dropping it off and the ring back the next day! I will definitely be using Gersters more in the future!

Stopped in to the store yesterday with my husband, who needed his wedding ring resized. It turned out that they could size it up slightly (about a quarter of a size) very quickly and easily - and on the spot! The owner refused to accept payment for this service as it only took “a couple of seconds”. What great (and so rare in these times) customer service! You can be sure we will visit again and recommend this wonderful family-owned store to others!!! Thanks!

We bought my wedding ring in 1989. The customer service / pricing/ attention to detail/ rechecks is beyond great. My son lives in Chaka. I told him it is well worth the drive to search for an engagement ring. These guys NEVER disappoint.

Gersters Jewelry Store is the absolute BEST! My parents went here when they were married and so did all 9 of my siblings. This is the only place we will shop for our jewelry "needs". Very friendly and personable staff. The owners greet you like you are their best friends. No pressure to purchase, willing to spend any amount of time with you. Will always stand behind their product. The ONLY place to go!

My family has been going to Gerster's since they opened. I shopped around for rings and customs rings for months when looking for the perfect ring for my fiance. No one could compete with Jim on quality and price for a custom ring. They did an amazing job and understood everything. I recommend them to everyone, if they don't have just show them and they can get it.

Purchased the engagement ring and wedding band from Jim. The store has a rich history here in town. This was the only shop I visited that could truly compete with online retailer prices yet far exceed their service and turn around times. I’d even advise those from neighboring communities to stop in to Gerster’s before buying elsewhere

I recently moved to the Farmington area and my parents told me about Gerster Jewelers. They stated it was a small family-owned company that has been there forever. I called to see how much it would be to restring one of my pearl necklaces. The guy I spoke to was so nice and helpful, he also gave me some interesting background on the company. I had my pearls restrung and they turned out beautiful. They also cleaned my bracelet while I was there. I recommend this place and we will be back to look at wedding bands.

My fiance had my engagement ring custom made here! I get SO many compliments. The ring is a replica of the Mark Schneider collection "Mystic" similar to what they have at Wedding Day. They have great custom service, prices you can't resist and they work with you! Jim is such a nice - honest guy! I recommend everyone going to Gersters over any other big ring franchise! Just stop in and get a quote. Doesn't hurt! :)

I recently brought my collection of watches into Gersters, I was amazed and amused by the hospitality this family provides. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Great local place to take old jewelry in for cash, rather than pawn shop. They also repair old watches and jewelry at reasonable prices.
