We’ve now used FCI for 2 separate projects and have nothing but wonderful things to say about both experiences. Kate starts by helping you pick out the perfect flooring for your home. She has a great eye for design and colors. Having the mobile show room where you can see how the flooring and colors will look in your space is a huge bonus. The install team for both projects were prompt and professional and the work done is high quality. Alex was on call to support the team during install and answer any questions. The point of first meeting to install/project completion is very quick. Can’t recommend them enough!

It's nice to have the owner of the company come out to my house with samples, many large books with carpet samples and not the 3" squares you get at the big box stores, and you can go through the samples and compare colors to your furniture, wall colors , curtains, etc. Do yourself and home a favor by calling this company. The owner also comes by after the job is completed to see if the job was completed correctly and that you are happy with everything. This is a Great company , I Highly recommend them.

We love our new vinyl hardwood floors from Floor Coverings International! Kate and Alex were amazing, responsive, and knowledgeable! Kate was able to help us find flooring that looked great and was within our price range! The install went quickly and looks amazing! My husband and I are thrilled with the outcome and would highly recommend!

My experience with this company was exceptional. Kate worked with me picking out just the right colors for my home, Alex was pleasant and very prompt in scheduling the installation and John and Ron the carpet layers were awesome. They were real worker bees and were always on time and did great job cleaning up. I would highly recommend this company if you are looking for top notch product quality and service.

Professional kind and courteous is just a few things I can say. We were looking for hard wood floor for our newly purchased home and Kate was on the job to help us find exactly what we needed and it looks great!! The Company is very transparent and job was completed in a very timely manner. Kate is very nice to work with and so thoughtful. She also always communicated really get away. Overall had a positive experience. Our carpet is nice quality carpet. Ron our carpet installer did a great job! We so appreciated his hard work, experience and kind soul. Whenever I emailed with questions, Kate was quick to respond. I loved the convenience of Kate coming to my home and doing all the leg work for me, she was great to work with as well. There were no surprises or hidden costs.

I can't say enough good things about Floor Coverings International Kalamazoo. I reached out to Kate with a project that I hoped would have a quick turn-around. Kate was able to evaluate our home the next day and provide a price estimate, and the flooring team (Alex & company) was working on the project within 24-hours of the evaluation. The entire project was finished (~1k sq. ft.) in three days. During the installation, Alex communicated with me every day with updates on the project timeline and pictures (as I am living out of town). The finished flooring looked amazing, and my husband and I are more than happy with how it turned out. The whole team was professional and communicative. I would 100% recommend them for your flooring needs, and plan to use them again when I renovate my bathroom.

Kate from International Flooring was phenomenal! I had a quick turnaround time I needed carpeting installed and she made it happen! They met all timelines they said they would which is rare in this day and age. Kate also helped me choose a carpet and pad that was perfect for our needs. Her interior design background and experience was a huge benefit. Installation was prompt and I love the end product! I highly recommend this company and will use them again.

I have used Floor Coverings International on 2 different occasions and was really happy with the flooring and the service. Even if something isn't quite right they are super quick to respond get someone right over to fix the issue. I'm a firm believer in "you get what you pay for" and they may be a little more than your big box stores, the quality materials and service is worth it to me.

They even offered to fix some closet doors after the carpet was raised. I was in a hurry to get my house sold and Kate made it her priority to get the job done before then. They have tons of options and Kate has great taste on what carpet goes well for your budget and also what it will look like compared to the color of your walls. Go with Kate and FCI, you won't regret it!

From start to finish this company is magnificent! Everyone has excellent communication! We needed the floors carpeted quickly and FCI came through with flying colors! What I appreciated most was the fact that I felt like my friends were helping me out. Alex and Kate are personable and professional. Jeff (i believe that was his name) installed our carpet and has a great sense of humor. Our floor looks beyond what we expected! I highly recommend this company to all!

Wonderful service from real professionals at a fair price! Our new kitchen floor and carpeting are very high quality. Our installer did an above-and-beyond job for us, even customizing the trim to match our original (1936) floors. They were courteous, on time, and pleasant people to have in our house—something that can be hard to find these days. We plan to use them again!

I really enjoyed working with Kate.She was very knowledgeable and helpful with the design of what I was trying to do. I put all new flooring in the main level of my house and am very happy with the result. The worker moved all the furniture and returned it when finished.
