I had the pleasure of working with Brad. He listened to what I needed, my concerns and took his time to answer my questions as well as create a fair transaction. He was professional, knowledgeable, honest and kind. I absolutely love my bed and adjustable frame. I had stage 4 cancer and spent over a year in bed. I am miraculously in remission but still need a lot of rest. Finding the right bed was a challenge but not for Brad. My sleep has improved significantly. It feels like I’m sleeping on a cloud. The adjustable frame takes pressure off all the right areas and allows me to get in and out of the bed more easily. Even the height of the bed was adjustable! Brad is a top notch guy. Super friendly and very helpful! He really wants to help you find a mattress, no matter the price point. He told me about the clearance items list and went through the whole list a few times and I eventually got a bed off of there.

Jake was awesome to work with. He spent a great deal of time talking us thru each tempurpedic mattress. Giving us all the information we wanted to make the best choice for us. Extremely satisfying shopping experience because of salesman. Didn't originally go in to make a purchase. However the salesman made a great sales pitch, and I decided not to wait in making a purchase by doing further comparison shopping.

Great mattress store in portage mi. Brad and Rob are great to work with when selecting a new bed and adjustable base. No pressure, actually had fun buying my new tempurpedic luxe breeze and prosmart adjustable base. I drove up from battle creek, they were busy, but found the time to answer all of my questions and demonstrate how the power base helps me with my sleep apnea and low back pain. Since I took advantage of their financing 0% option I also got a mattress protector and sheet set for my new bed. Looking forward to delivery and haul away of my old mattress. I'm certain I'll be sleeping cooler and better because of mattress firm and Brad and Rob.

Helpful staff...manager was busy even though I was willing to wait the district manager was there today and took the time to answer my questions...once free to help me the manager showed me some specials and I ended up purchasing some new cool sleep pillows...great shopping experience
