My wife loves this store and the people in it

Good staff very helpful and honest. Took my wife here to look for work shoes she wanted Nikes. The staff member pointed out a cheaper pair of work shoes told us why the cheaper ones( actual work shoes non-slip bottoms and comfortable inserts) would be better for her standing job. They did not have her size but we could order them. Clean store great display of product.

Tons of variety at reasonable prices. The 2 girls that work at night. (Not sure of there names) But they where so awesome. They helped us find exactly what we needed. I also sat my phone down and forgot it. And one of the girls stayed an extra 30 mins after her shift to make sure i got it back. I will definitely be shopping here again.

The staff on hand was super helpful and didn't mind our little people (3 & 5) being so excited that they had to wear their new shoes out of the store! Always friendly staff.

BLUF: Famous Footwear has a decent selection, reasonably priced and usually has my size.

The Sierra Vista mall location is usually not very busy which makes it easy to get an employee to help. The team here is very friendly and helpful thus I will revisit them the next time I'm in town.

The cashier was awesome. Opened my wallet to pay and he saw a card to save me 10% and he gave me my discount. Awesome

You can get some really great bargains here. Dowoad their app for coupons. I saved a ton on a new pair of Nikes. The staff is very friendly and helpful.
