Had just what I wanted on sale plus honored their 20% off coupon. Easy to find, easy to park, had free wrapping paper and tulle ribbon at a wrapping station so I could wrap my gift on the spot. Nice extra!

This store specifically I will give the manager credit, she knows the company: I went to return a "wrong item" that I had received from an online order. She asked if we opened the box and I said no, it was the wrong item. She opened the box and the item I had been waiting for so long was right in there. The boxes don't necessarily match the contents. It was the same brand but different product in the box labels so, so I had thought they got it wrong. Was happy to have my stuff immediately and not have to wait for another shipment.

The staff is very nice. When we were purchasing a lot for our new home so customer service suggested we join beyond plus. For $30 you get 20% off of everything for a year. No coupons needed. Saved us about 60 bucks.

They have wonderful staff. Very helpful. Love that I don't have to bring my coupons and can just use the one online. They even pulled up my account for me. Always feel that I get a good deal.

This store never fails me! Every time I enter the door I find exactly what I need. I also find things I didn't even know I needed. Is this a good time to mention that I have a "want" list for this store that is about 10 feet long. Go through the doors and let the wandering begin!

Able to get some flannel sheets on sale! And they are warm and cozy! Great customer service, they searched and found the size I needed.

They have a wide range of varieties on most of the house stuff. The brands and the product they sell are very standard. Quality of the products is exceptional. The only con is all the products are over priced. If price isn’t the issue this is a best place to buy the house goods.

I love this place. It is fun to browse and not only are the prices reasonable, but you can almost always find a coupon to encourage the purchase. I find the staff to be friendly and helpful.

Always a fun place to get lost in, but be aware of your time since they don't have an overhead speaker that tells customers when to scoot haha, so the very nice employee asked if I had needed help because they had closed 15 minutes ago, LOL. Oops, I thought they closed at 9, however it is actually 8 when they close.

Ordered online in store as inventory availability is low everywhere. Shipping was delayed a couple of days but item came in a reasonable amount of time. Happy with service.

Employees are always nice and very helpful but I always walk out spending too much and getting way more than I intended. Do enter this store without a plan or a list or else you'll walkout with everything

Honestly, my trip to BBB today was such a pleasant experience! The clerk in housewares was so very helpful. And the clerk at checkout couldn't have been nicer.

Very friendly. Staff was able to point out best gifts to get for an upcoming Bridal shower. Staff also was very knowledgeable about products.

The staff are really helpful. They helped me find things walking with me. They also helped me obtaining coupons via email. They are very pleasant greeting visitors warmly.

Loved that I could use a variety of coupons I saved an average 30% of what was purchased and they had great customer service when I had questions.
