I went here to get 2 new subs and I came out with not only 2 brand new subs for price I couldn’t find anywhere online Keegan went up and beyond to make sure I had everything I needed as well as additional knowledge on my Soundsystem. Everyone else from the team was very nice and had wonderful customer service. If you go here, ask for Keegan and he’ll make sure you have everything you need To have your trunk sounding Gorillas are trying to get out the trunk. I’ll definitely be back.

this place is great...I went in on Friday and purchased a crossbow, got home and was sighting it in and noticed the limb was cracked. $200 purchase and less than 10 shots and it was breaking. I had to bring it back.. I never return anything to stores...they didn't have to take it back. But they did. not only did they take it back. I upgraded to almost a $20 more crossbow, and they didn't charge me. I will be telling everybody I know about this....thanks and keep up the good work

I used to go there years ago to get loans when I needed money. Now I go to get the great prices they've got. They have tons of jewelry, electronics, tools, instruments, and if you like guns they've got a lot of those too.

People leaving bad reviews have a serious misunderstanding of how pawn shops function and turn a profit. No matter what pawn shop, anywhere in America, there will always be those that expected to get more for their property and that is not how this works. Just because you saw your item for sale for a certain dollar amount, does not mean your item is actually worth that amount, nor does it mean that anyone is ever going to buy your item if the pawn shop must resell your item, regardless of the amount. There is always a percentage of risk the shop must take on with every single purchase. I speak as someone who has worked for pawn shops in the past.

I recently visited TNT looking to make a purchase. I did so and the staff was friendly and courteous and I purchased even more than expected. The people here are good people and the moral of the story is, understand how pawn shops function and do not be an @sshole and you will not be treated like an @sshole. I will be going back.

First of all, I’ve been coming to TNT since they opened next to the old Young’s army store on Westnedge over a decade ago. Back then it was Tim and Tom. They didn’t have much of anything back then but they grew and expanded out of that small space into a larger store and opened a second on WMU campus. Tim bought out Tom, and Tim is the owner now. I don’t know everyone there, but the people that I do know are good people. I’ve never actually sold anything to them but I’ve been buying there since the beginning. I can tell you that the prices are generally negotiable if you have cash(but not on everything).
If you go in there with an attitude, you can expect to feel it back. It makes sense to me. I own a business and I treat my customers how they treat me. I don’t care if I have to let a customer go, because respect is earned, not granted. Some of the kids(and adults) I see in TNT act like thieving degenerates, and expect to be treated like they own the world. TNT is a locally owned and operated business who know the kind of people they cater to.
Don’t expect top dollar for an item they can buy from someone else for less... it’s business! They are fair but they aren’t dumb. I would rather buy from TNT than any other pawn shop around! They have a good selection and definitely know jewelry! The owner was a jeweler before he started TNT so you can bet money that he knows what he’s talking about when it comes to jewelry! I’m a google local guide, and this is one place I’d recommend checking out if you’re looking to sell or buy used items... It really is a good store!

I wrote a review for a different pawn shop sometime ago and accidentally posted it to TNT, this other place wasn't even a real pawn shop though they advertised as if they were... Anyhow, TNT is a great place! I have bought electronics from them before and never had issues. Sometimes I've gotten a loan on some things and they were really cool to work with, they even helped me out getting it back. I highly recommend TNT of Kalamazoo if you are looking for some good deals or need a loan.

I bought a Kindle Fire from them for about half of what I would have for a new one. They were very helpful and straight forward with me.

I read the complaints about the mark up between what was given to the people who were selling and the people who were buy but they are there to make money. I would recommend Craigslist for those of you who do not understand that you are going to get top dollar for used merchandise. They make you an offer and it is up to you to decided whether you will take it or not. They are not twisting your arm to sell your stuff.

TNT is a great place to shop. I have read the other reviews posted. People do not understand that pawnshops will not give you the full price you bought something for when you come in to make a pawn. The guys at TNT are extremely friendly. They know exactly what they are talking about. TNT is an amazing place to go to.

I've never received anything but excellent service, if I was huy coffe, a cheap clamp or an expensive item. No matter the reason I have always been treated with respect.
I'll be shopping here for a very long time.

Great shop me and my son pawn his guns when I need some help and they have always worked with us to make sure we get them out. I have never purchased something I regretted from this shop. Nicest shop in kzoo.

I went into TNT the other day, I had an issue and by the time I got done looking around it was fixed, always get taken care of by Tim and his employees, good people to deal with nuf said

Brought a DeWalt hammer drill as a Christmas gift for my son. He can't believe the price and condition of drill.
I was treated fair and got the drill for 1/2 of the retail price.

The crew at TnT are always friendly. They also have reasonable prices. I've gone there for years and I will continue. TnT, you are awesome!

They were willing to deal, and the stapler was like new but for less then half of a new one will definitely recommend

Love this Group of people they really seem to care and have an awesome sense of humor! When I had a problem they fixed it right away no questions asked!
