Ride North Ishpeming

My daughter wanted pictures in her graduation cap and gown. Dale was amazing at arranging this. Thank you so much Ride North for doing this! Clean store, nice variety of campers and tractors, friendly staff.....a great addition to Ishpeming!

We visited many RV dealers before deciding to buy our Grand Design 17MKE RV from Ride North RV in Ishpeming. David and the rest of the sales team including the service manager and finance guy were knowledgeable, thorough and gave honest feedback about our inquiries and concerns. Bottom line, we trusted their opinions about our new rig and felt we could count on their experienced service staff for service after the sale.

These folks are AWESOME! I had an issue with a surge protector for our travel trailer, and the salesperson did an outstanding job of explaining why. He took the time and had the patience to make sure I understood. Very honest folks and a nice selection of products. Such a much better experience than the ones I’ve had at Camping World stores!!!

I called to see if they had a sway bar for my travel trailer, not only did they have it in stock he put it on in less than a half hour, and gave me a wealth of knowledge. We are from New Jersey, and Ride North really came through for us. Absolutely Recommended and if I ever need anything while I'm in the UP I'll go out of my way to have them service my rig. Thank you so much!!

Had a dead short on our RV fridge and Jim was able to get us scheduled first thing the next day. We'd had this problem before and thought it was fixed, so I was concerned it would be a major expense to repair. Thankfully, in a fairly short amount of time they figured out it was an exposed wire in the breaker panel, and after completing several other maintenance items, had us out the door within a few hours at a very reasonable fee. While Ride North has offered RV services for only about a year, the entire staff worked at a long-standing family owned RV dealership next door that sold out and retired, so they are very experienced. The shop is clean and the staff are professional and easy to work with. I would highly recommend this shop.

I purchased a side-by-side from them for the summer camp that I run. They showed me options that were available within my budget. Gave me honest advice on what would work best for us. They were able to answer the questions that I had. Great and friendly staff, they want what is best for you.

I needed my fifth wheel refrigerator looked at and one slide out broke a shear pin. This RV repair shop did a great job of repairing both of my problems for less than $400. I highly recommend the service Dept.
