Lodge coffee

Such a cute place!! Not from the area, and wanted to find a cute, locally owned coffee place to go to while camping. I've been a couple times, and so far each time has been a great experience. Order the coca mocha the first time, and it tasted just like mounds candy bars, and the second time I order an iced black forest coffee. Definitely on the sweeter side of things, and if I were a local, I would make this a regular spot so I could figure out my favorite creation. Friendly people and good coffee are a winning combination

Don't let the small store front deter you. I was passing through and dying for a good cup of coffee. I had the White Weasel, and it was excellent. The number of options on their menu was impressive. Good prices too for what you get. It was a "five-star" experience for me.

Lodge Coffee in Ishpeming is a wonderful addition to our neighborhood! I got to meet the owners today (was excited about the coffee and talking to them and forgot to exchange names, whoops, will get that next time). Very, very professional service, excellent menu and delicious coffee! I got the Opossum Punisher and my Mom got the Black Forest Mocha. 5/5 delicious!
They also gave me a free sticker and a punch card to redeem for a free beverage!

Price 5/5: price is very reasonable for delicious coffee / lower than standard Starbucks pricing.

Service 5/5: the service here is top notch. Two wonderfully upbeat and extremely fun to talk to owners! A man and a woman; I could have sat and talked to them all day 😂.

Coffee 5/5: I was a Starbucks team lead for almost a year and I know my way around coffee. The Lodge’s coffee offerings taste very well ground and delicious. The flavorings they use are on point too.

Loved this little discovery and greatly appreciated the very kind and very helpful baristas! We explained to them what we could and could not have. My husband had a flavored latte with only one pump of syrup and I had a hot matcha tea with no sweetener and no vanilla.
Both were perfect!!!😋😋 We will definitely stop here again on our next visit to the UP! Thank you Baristas!!!

One of the best cups of coffee I have had in a VERY long time! And I travel! A lot. No kidding. It was incredible. I happened to be visiting family in the UP with my parents and as we drove to Jubilee for the obligatory bag of Trenary Toast (okay it was like 5…) on our way out of town, I couldn’t believe my good fortune to see across the parking lot a neon sign indicating a chance to get some espresso! Granted, expectations were pretty low to non-existent as I was just happy for a caffeine fix. You can imagine my surprise as my brain registered just how good this cup of coffee actually was! (I got one of their exotic lattes that I believe was carmel/white chocolate and added some extra espresso.) It. Was. Phenomenal. So rich and of such a high quality espresso. I frankly couldn’t believe it.

Awesome experience. Super friendly barista. And a true 10 out of 10 level cup of coffee. Rest assured, my family and I will definitely be stopping by the next time we’re in town. (To this day I STILL can’t believe the level of quality coffee I stumbled upon via a little espresso trailer with a neon sign in the back of the parking lot at Jim’s Jubilee in Ishpeming, Michigan! Who knew?!) A legit local treasure. Keep up the great work guys!!

Haha, I can't give an unbiased opinion because they are my son and daughter in law. But I know what he put into this to get it going and his commitment to making it better than other companies. How so? He is fine tuning his recipes to make them taste better and will continue this process as needed. His drinks are great tasting and his prices are better than the competitors. Couple this with his friendly service, unique menus, and North woods ambience and you have a coffee company to reckon with. Lodge Coffee Company is going to be the one to beat. Try them and see for yourself. :)

Great place for specialized coffee drinks!

I love the fact that they have already premade drink ideas so I don't have to figure out "what to get." The flavor is amazing. It is a must try....there hot drinks are good but the iced ones are just as good. Try the caramel bear or white weasel!

Today was my first time coming here and I was NOT disappointed! It was recommended to me by a co-worker and I enjoyed the first drink so much that I went back an hour later for another! The prices were very reasonable and the couple running it are SO kind! I highly recommend this little shop! :)

Delicious coffee, caffeine I needed, with the added perk of adorable forest creatures as flavor names! What's not to love? Barista was a good human :)
