My girlfriend purchased a 2010 Dodge Charger from here on 3/5/2021. When purchasing the car, we were told that there were absolutely no issues with the car whatsoever and that it was in perfect condition and highway ready. That was all a lie. 10 days later on 3/15/2021, the car was having several problems. We took it for a diagnostics test and was told that the car had severe transmission issues and a failing EGR valve. We reached out to the people here and they tried to act as if they were in shock & still tried telling us that the car was fine when we knew it wasn’t. My girl had to pay over $700 to fix the transmission and once that was fixed several more issues started happening with the car. The car frequently stops on us. Every time we are at a red light, it just shakes and turns completely off. This is a danger because we have three small children. It is not safe at all. We are very disappointed with the purchase and even more disappointed by the lies and poor customer service we received. Hopefully in the future, these guys will do right by people. My girlfriend is a very strong woman who works hard for her money and this was a big loss to us. Now we are out of thousands of dollars and a car as well. Shop here at your own risk.

Purchased a car here 3/5/2021 for just about $5k. 2010 Dodge Charger. Was told that the car was highway ready and in good condition. FALSE INFORMATION. 10 days later on 3/15/2021, the car began to malfunction. I had only driven the car abt 2,000 miles since I’d gotten it, just around the city of Kzoo. I went to get a diagnostics test and was told the car had severe transmission issues and a failing EGR valve. I paid over $700 to fix transmission and after that more and more issues came about. The car frequently and randomly stops all the time at red lights and stop signs. It will just abruptly turn off. I have paid for several different diagnostics tests, parts to replace, and paid for shops to fix my car. Not sure what the issue is, but car still is not right. I am very disappointed because I trusted these people with their word and their word was not true. I have 3 small children and I need adequate transportation to be able to get to and from work to provide for them. I’m very upset because my money could have went towards a better vehicle or towards providing for my children. I have had the car for just over one month and it is a terrible car. Thousands of paying and fixing gone down the drain. It is definitely a lemon. Shop here at your own risk.

If i could give no stars I would. This place is a RIP OFF. Spent 3 grand on a motor. RECEIVED motor. After it was put in it doesn't work. PISTON parts in the oil pan. I called them immediately. Patrick Justin or Jordan or whatever his name is, I get a different name for the same person says he will call back. IT HAS BEEN A MONTH. I call every other day and nothing. No call back no contact whatsoever.

The Owner is very rude and really disrespectful to woman. Seems to have an attitude towards a potential customer, specially if asked the questions that are needed to be asked upon buying a vehicle. Not for me maybe for someone else that enjoys that type of treatment.

I bought this vehicle and supposedly it was supposed to be nothing wrong with it and I waited for weeks and weeks for him to fix it and still he has not fixed it and then just yesterday he tells me he's done and he's not fixing the other problem and then now he said he has to take it to a shop in Calhoun to get an inspection and something just always keep coming up I just want my money back now I am in the process of telling him hopefully he gives me all my money back I won't buy from him again

I'm so sick and tired of waiting here to get my plate and it says open and nobody here. Really frustrating if u tell me.
