Had a fantastic experience this weekend here. Looking at tax time for a car under 10k can be super difficult but they made it really easy for me and I lucked out finding the car I was hoping for! Thank you to my salesman Noah who scooped up this trade in quickly for me and made things go super smooth!

To say that going to a car shop for repairs is nerve wrecking can be an understatement! Bob at Berger made this experience for me very easy and comfortable, he walked me through the repairs in a way that made me feel at easy and confident that my car was in good hands. Jeremy could'nt have been more professional or courteous! He made me feel like a friend not a customer which I really appreciated. Very knowledgeable, answered any and all questions with ease, even when I asked the hard questions. Super nice guy! I felt like I was treated with respect and kindness at all times. We even talked about family.

Beth was an amazing sales woman. She saw what I wanted, worked hard to get me the best payment and deal.
When the alignment had to be fixed on my new truck and we had to wait 2 hrs additional to the 4 hrs we already were there working on a deal for the truck i wanted. Beth got us a loaner truck to run some errands and grab food..

Most excellent experience we’ve had in a long time … our sales person Joey Theodore was through in explaining all the details of the vehicles safety features it has and all around great experience… best of all no pressure to buy at all … we though about it and we decided to purchase the vehicle from her…again nicely done Joey !!!

I could honestly cry just thinking about how amazing the staff at Berger have been to me. I have been without a vehicle for 3 years. Struggled with getting back on my feet. I was ready to finally get a new vehicle & was suggested by my mom to go see Berger. I was contacted by Nicole, and every interaction with her has been easy and she is such a sweet soul! Adam and Nick have been super hero’s in this whole process. They have went above and beyond to make sure that I had a reliable vehicle for me and my 2 children. Adam has been such a genuine, sweet, down to earth individual. He shared a little bit of his story and how he got to where he is and it’s truly inspiring to listen to him talk. Nick has been a saving Grace in making sure my insurance and everything was taken care of.. they have made my Christmas so special. I cannot thank the staff at Berger enough for their dedication to their customers. I love how straight forward, polite, and honest Jeremy is. An elderly couple walked into the dealership while he was working with me. He quickly tried to help only to discover they were at the wrong dealership. He was so patient and kind to them yet was still acknowledging me. Love the dog love on the tv screens. Everyone was very kind! I love how straight forward my experience was.

Joey Theodore was more than a saleswoman, I explained what I needed, she suggested a vehicle, and I concurred. No upselling. Brought my wife to look at the car and she and Joey just bonded. We now have a new friend. Met other people in the dealership, all low-key and very nice. Eli explained our new purchase to me, a most helpful and engaging young man. Lived here over 60 years and this was my first time in this dealership. Will most definitely recommend. A very pleasant buying experience.

I SO appreciated being able to drop the car while we were on vacation and have it worked on. Berger made it convenient and kept me in the loop throughout the service time. I really appreciated the attention to detail (one of the guys drove it home that night to try to replicate the problem!). I am incredibly impressed and appreciative.

Brian was AMAZING!!! For about a week my husband and I kept getting the run around from a former employee and we began to get discouraged. I’m so grateful that we kept pushing and went back because we met our super hero, Brian. Not only did he get us in a car but it was newer than the 2017 that the previous person was trying to get us to settle for. I walked away with a 2022 Acadia. Brian is the best of the best! Great service from the service team. Bought a new 2024 Equinox and has a couple of issues. Pulled in on a Tuesday morning at 8:30 am to have it looked at and was able to get right in. Was greeted right away and explained in detail what was they hoped to accomplish. The service bay was and is very clean and brightly lit. Once I was told what was going to happen Devon my service advisor (5 stars go to him) took me to the department where I was to received a loaner car. There the service was fast and efficient. I wish I could remember the young lady's name but she also gets 5 stars.

Tuesday after noon they called said they couldn't get the car to repeat the issue and asked if they could have the mechanic drive it home to give it a test drive. Said that was fine and Wednesday they still couldn't get it to repeat the problem. Right now the car is running great. We love the Equinox and the service at Berger is top of the line. Their service team would be hard to beat when it comes to customer satisfaction.

I worked with Dawn for this purchase. I had never purchased a new vehicle and did not know what to expect. (A little nervous actually) Dawn made the entire process a comfortable and enjoyable experience! Her knowledge of inventory and model options, along with her calm and caring style, was a refreshing change from the "Used Car Salesman" I had been dealing with my whole life. My hats off to Dawn and her team for being an incredible asset to my buying experience. Dawn, along with Cathy (Business Manager) made this a breeze and left me feeling very good!

Kris in service was very professional and handled my situation with urgency and care. Tony Kitchin in sales was a super good dude and very helpful with picking out a replacement vehicle. Ethan Angus in finance was a joy to work with and made the purchase paperwork provess actually enjoyable. Even Lindsay (I think that was her name) that had to come over and notarize a document was such a sweetheart. From the time I called (i forget her name vut she was super helpful getting me off the side of the road and to the dealership) until I was leaving in my brand new car I felt like everyone I came into contact with cared about me and my situation.
