I've only worked with this pharmacy for two months now, but they've accomplished more in that short time than my previous pharmacy. They have met every expectation, and their customer service has exceeded every expectation. The simple fact that I can talk with the same person is what truly does it for me. Jen has gone above and beyond, and has saved me so much time and stress. So thankful I'm now with OptiMed!

I cannot praise Optimead enough! From the moment I called in, I felt welcomed and cared for. The staff ( Tiffany, Beth and my nurse Maxine) was incredibly attentive and knowledgeable, addressing all my concerns with patience and expertise. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this place to anyone in need of top-notch medical care.

In home services have been the best experience of my life. I have had both in home and in center services and both have been exceptional. My in home nurse, Tracey, is one of the most kind, compassionate, and down to earth people I know. I would not be where I am in my health journey without her.

I have in-home infusions every eight weeks. My nurse Tracy is very professional and kind. They always follow up with me. Also they are very thorough and chart all my symptoms and medication’s and keep things up-to-date. I am very happy with optimum services.

Everyone at OptiMed are amazing. I always get my medication on time which is important. They are always there for me with all my needs. I feel very lucky to have them as my pharmacy.

There are four things that I, as a senior citizen, most appreciate with Optimed.

First, when I call, I get to talk to a human that has command of the English Language.

Second, they are prompt in reaching out after receiving a perscription to confirm information to ensure you are getting what you expect when you expect it.

Third, they do what they say they say they'll do.

And last, when they have an option on a medication to potentially save you significant money, they call and discussit with you.

In my case, acquiring a name brand med, made by the same company, with the same ingredients in a factory not located on USA soil was fully covered by my insurance. Before, I was paying hundreds of dollars in copay fees for this one specific drug.

No other provider ever offered this kind of an option before. In a world of health care cost craziness in the US, OptiMed has been a welcome partner in my healthcare needs.

This infusion center has been amazing for me, and they have provided excellent patient-centered care during my time here. I have absolutely loved my nurse along with the rest of the staff, as they have always been very welcoming and helpful. The facility itself is very nice, clean, and comfortable. Optimed Health Partners has been absolutely phenomenal to work with since I started home infusions 4 years ago. All staff members are extremely kind, knowledgeable and professional. The attention to detail including access to ask a pharmacist questions, scheduling being easier now via text and timely follow up after my infusions is impeccable! I feel very fortunate to have my infusions monitored by Optimed. I 100% recommend them, best care I have ever received!

OptiMed sincerely cares for their patients. Whenever I have a concern or question, the staff answers all of my questions in a timely fashion. They ensure my safety comes first.
