What a great florist. I ordered flowers for a celebration of life very last minute due to living in a different time zone ..yet they were Delivered on time , And when I said on time I gave you guys like two hours so thank you so much .. also they were absolutely beautiful. They put a smile on my best friends face and that’s what I needed to see. I couldn’t be there to celebrate her mom’s life and It crushed my heart not only that I couldn’t be there for my bf but that I could be there to celebrate her beloved deceased mother! These flowers were beautiful and fresh!! As soon as you cut the wrapper off you are greeted with a wonderful fragrance from the flowers themselves. The vase was really cool too! They nailed the mosaic look, they were going for.

Online ordering was simple, easy, and quick. Different forms of payment were allowed making checkout super easy. They offer time slot delivery at reasonable price. Sister in law birthday gift was delivered before time slot and she loved it!

Worked with Alayna at Eastern on 5 table center pieces for my niece’s baby shower. She and her team at Eastern did an amazing job. We had a theme and colors in mind and they matched them to perfection. They were accommodating to using vases that I purchased as well. We could not have been happier with the service or the result. I placed 2 orders, one online and one via phone. Young lady on the phone was very friendly and helpful. Was worried about the online order as it was placed the same day I requested it be delivered. Need not have worried. Arrangements were beautiful and even nicer than they looked online. I would highly recommend this florist and will definitely use them again.

Eastern Floral created bouquets, corsages, boutonnières, loose blooms, and an arch for our wedding this year. Our florals added the texture and color that personalizes us as a couple, we love adventure and were not fans of the typical wedding white. I refused to let go of my bridal bouquet the whole night because I was so enamored by the variety of flowers and the way Eastern Floral somehow captured me in a floral arrangement. Kind, professional, and timely staff as well who truly understood the vision.

Have struggled to find a reliable flower shop in Grand Rapids. My mom lives there and I'm out of town so like to send her flowers on holidays. The national chains fell down multiple times and customer service was horrible. Eastern Floral knocked it out of the park!!
