Been coming here for a few years and staff is always very friendly and helpful over the phone and very efficient in-person

Incredibly professional, non-patronising group of people, at all levels of service from the Security Guard to the Doctors. Highly recommended.

They never get dates right...

Literally ridiculous to wait here for a prescription. We get told it'll take 15 minutes tops and we're there an hour later, wasting our time and waiting because they keep saying it's almost done. 100000/10 do NOT recommend.

The Family Health Center Pharmacy-Patterson is one of the most awful places I have ever had to visit. I am treated like a criminal any time I visit the pharmacy. 95% of the staff is extremely rude and unprofessional. I’ve been called a drug-seeker even though my doctors has me on the prescribed pain medications I’m on. I have had technicians roll their eyes at me, refuse to service me and storm away and say “someone else can help her”. I’ve been given the wrong medicine and then locked out because it was 4:59 and they close at 5:00pm. I’ve arrived 5 minutes before they close and have been yelled over by the technician, as she shouted at the security guard and asked him why he keeps letting “these dang people in”, as I’m standing at the counter. This facility is ran worse than a fast food restaurant and I get anxiety as soon as I pull in the parking lot. I absolutely hate coming here! It is completely unacceptable the way the pharmacy staff is allowed to behave!
