Very honest and polite staffs and manager and good service. More than week ago, I lost my credit card at one of their gas pump. I realized that I lost my card in that store only when I came back to my home where is about 3 hours driving distance from the store. I called store late at night, a staff immediately realized what I was calling for and quickly ID my identity with my card that a person turned in. I told him to mail the card to my home, and he politely told me he was not sure if he can do this or not. However, he said he will tell his manger tomorrow about my request and ask me to call back. Next day or two, I called the store, the store manager answered the phone and told me that she already mailed the credit to my house and told me I will receive it in a few days. Three days late, I received my card. I am very much appreciate what the store did for me, it save me a lot of hassle and trouble. I will say thank to store staff and manager include the person who turn in my credit card. I will definitely go back to this gas station next time when I visit Kalamazoo.

Very friendly, courteous service. Employees are terrific. Gas prices are the best around and is very high quality (no worry about chug a lug or backfiring). Great food service. Cannot beat the price and the quality. Like eating mom's great cooking at home!!

Smoke-n-buns makes the best burgers!!! And the cleanest gas station I've been in and yes that includes the bathrooms!!!
