Cannon Falls Library

I have been bringing my kids to this library for almost 17 years. They are wonderful with kids of all ages. Cindy reads to the younger kids in the park in the summer and it is just wonderful. She’s so animated and keeps the kids engaged. She picks fun themes and has all kinds of props and music.

My teenaged son plays Dungeons and Dragons with friends which is put on by the library from time to time.

I have even joined some ladies to knit/crochet by the corner fireplace.

Something for everyone!

Lovely library with great variety of books for everyone. I have visited this library over a dozen times and the staff is great.

Staff is helpful, library has a wide variety of books. Printing and computer access are available.

They also have an interactive tour of the library, which can be accessed through their site.

Also, someone has to say it, so I will. Who leaves a 1 star review complaining about not being able to run and scream in a library? It’s a LIBRARY, not a Chuck E Cheese. View the 1-star review if you’ve run out of content on r/Entitledparents.

UPDATE: The library now has gender neutral signage on their unisex bathrooms! Thank you for making the library an inclusive space!

My wife and I use the library with much regularity. We are constantly amazed at how helpful and friendly the staff folks are. As a computer dummy, I usuallly don't know how to find books through the computerized system but there is always someone there to either walk me through it or to actually do it for me. On occasion the book I need is not in CF but getting it from another SELCO source seems to be pretty simple. And even when staff is dealing with a person who probably is a pest, the patience and friendliness has no end. If anyone reading this has not been to the CF Library, please go. You will not be sorry you did. And, you willl certainly go back.

The staff is super friendly and helpful. The new building is beautiful and very user-friendly. Please check out this great library if you are ever in Cannon Falls. You won't be disappointed.

Great place to relax with a book or get some work done with a laptop. The staff is very friendly and has helped my many times finding some obscure titles. Love this place.

I grew up using this library. I loved going to the summer reading program and story time. I love to read now because of all the great times I spent at the Cannon Falls Library.

You wouldn't think of holding a business meeting here but we were in a pinch, needed a place quick and they took great care of us. Thank you!

The best place,very nice and helpful

This little library is a rare gem! Well stocked, perfectly planned out, and most of the librarians are friendly, and very helpful! I have frequented many libraries throughout MN and other states. I was glad to make my home in Cannon Falls near this library.
