We loved working with Karol. She came up with some very creative design ideas to start us on our way & was super helpful throughout the redecorating journey. We used all of our suppliers from her recommendations & couldn't be happier with our finished project. We've already recommended Karol to several friends & will continue to do so.

As an interior designer, I had an amazing first experience working with Karole for custom cabinetry. Our client is absolutely in love with her oak vanity and tall storage! Superb quality with attention to detail, Karole handled everything with excellence. She even bundled our order to give our client the best price! I WILL use Fresh Start Cabinetry again!

We recently completed a full kitchen remodel with Fresh Start Cabinetry, and we could not have been happier with Karol's assistance during every step of the process. We had a pretty specific idea and exactly zero experience in remodeling. Karol was able to help us design and create what we weren't sure would be able to be done. We absolutely love our new kitchen cabinets and countertops. Full disclosure, I have known Karol for over 20 years and is a good friend of mine. Friendship aside, Karol is great to work with. Her attention to detail is outstanding. Her goal is to make your kitchen look the best that it can. The design software she uses is very cool. It was pretty amazing to see exactly what our kitchen was going to look like before we ordered. She walked us through the whole process step-by-step and kept us up-to-date regarding delivery. After installation, she followed up to make sure that we were happy with our cabinets. I would highly recommend Fresh Start Cabinetry to anyone looking for new cabinets!

We had an outstanding experience with Karol at Fresh Start Cabinetry! We were looking to replace the cabinet and double sink vanity top in our master bath and found her to be extremely helpful. Our visit to her beautiful shop in Mattawan could not have went better. Karol in my mind is the perfect salesperson. She has a low key approach that guides the customer based on their preferences rather than pressuring in certain directions. She offered great information and perspective while we reviewed our choices in picking out a custom cabinet and vanity top along with hardware. At this time with supply lines still really iffy, the timelines that she communicated on how long it would take for our project were spot on. We would highly recommend Karol! In this day and age, it seems so difficult to line up high quality professional help and advice. So we have been very pleased with the level of service Karol provides at Fresh Start Cabinetry.
From the first time we met her, through the design
process, until the project was completed, our experience was totally positive.
Pros:
She is a good listener. Unlike some professionals who
are more interested in looking at their phone than actually hearing what you are saying, Karol stays focused.
She is a good communicator. Send her an email, you get a quick reply.
She is down to earth. Her design sense is based upon
the realities of the project, not what HGTV thinks.
She stays on budget. If you have a rough idea of what you want to spend on your project, you will probably find at the end that you are on target. No surprises.
Cons:
We honestly have not found any yet.

As you can tell, we could not be happier with the work she did for us. The cabinets and countertops are beautiful. We hope to use her services again in the future in our home.
