Madewell

I went to Madewell to replace my favorite pair of jeans yesterday and Marcy was incredible to work with. She was kind and considerate, helpful and fun! I am eager to go back and see her again!

Great store in a nice location. I didn’t get their names, but the girls who were working the closing shift today were absolutely so kind and helpful. I came in with only minutes to spare until close and they did everything they could to help me choose a dress for a wedding this weekend. Great experience. Thank you so much!! :)

I called my locl Madewell to check on inventory after my online order was cancelled because it was sold out! Yikes! The associate, Lindsey, who helped me was friendly, efficient and professional....And this was the Sunday after Black Friday - so they were busy! I told her I would gladly do the calling to find my boots. She found my item in several locations and said to call her back if I needed more phone numbers. I found it! Extraordinary customer service! Thank you, Lindsey!!!

This was my first time out shopping for new jeans since having my son in March. The ladies were knowledgeable about the various offerings and were both patient and accommodating given that I was shopping with my little one.
I would have liked to have purchased some shoes in the store but it didn't seem like many options were in stock. Several pairs had little buttons on them that said that they could be ordered for you. I got the impression that it meant they didn't carry those styles in the store's stock. I don't live in the area so unfortunately it just wasn't an option for me.

Kristen was amazing, incredibly helpful and friendly. The store was organized and had a great selection too!

I love madewell! It pays to be loyal here and lots of cotton options for clothing. Staff could be nicer.

The girls are great in there and super helpful. Their sale section leaves something to be desired but what can ya do.

Wow! So disappointing. Walked in to buy myself a Christmas gift and neither sales associate acknowledged me. Browsed the entire store without a word. I even went to the front area for a few minutes, where they were, and nothing. I will stay loyal to Evereve ☺. A store that knows how to treat their customers.

Probably the worst retail experience that I’ve ever had... the woman in front of me had a return and I waited 20 minutes while the manager walked back and forth to help but never stayed. After 15 minutes of this, the manager finally came over and did the entire thing in 5 minutes. She told me, ‘it takes as long as it takes...’ no apology.

Price of clothing is beyond my expectation to purchase.
