My husband and I had searched for a sofa, chair and ottoman to replace our existing well-worn furniture and just couldn’t seem to find smaller-scaled pieces that would work in our narrow living room. I’d almost given up when I stopped into Ethan Allen. I was warmly greeted by Lauren K., who listened to what I was looking for and then readily guided me to some options that would fit our space perfectly. Personable, consultative and a great listener, Lauren met with me a few times and helped incorporate my initial ideas with her own expert suggestions. She was very organized and kept me well informed throughout the buying process. Home delivery was very easy to schedule and the techs were professional, efficient and attentive to detail. We are thrilled with our new furniture and impressed by its comfort and high quality; thank you, Lauren and team!

Staff very helpful and efficient. I bought a sleeper sofa so many choices to choose from, size, color, what kind of mattress, how firm you want the couch, removable cushions and more. Scheduling was also very efficient when the men brought the sofa they made sure there wasn’t any problems with the furniture, were right on time.

Designer Lauren was fantastic to work with and transformed our living room. She used our ideas, added her own, and was flexible when we proposed a small change. Highly recommend her. The quality and comfort of our new furniture pieces is another reason we go back to Ethan Allen regularly. Janice in the delivery department and also the delivery team were all friendly, high energy, and professional people.

I love our refreshed living room! Thanks to Ethan Allen and designer Lauren Kas! I was ready for a change and went to several other stores in the area. When I walked in to E.A. I immediately felt the vibe that was speaking my language. Lauren approached me ready to assist. She listened to my desires and knew exactly where to lead me. The room is absolutely perfect! It fits us and our home to perfection! I purchased a sofa, 2 chairs, accent pillows, a display cabinet, a side table and an area rug. All blending beautifully along with some pieces I wanted to keep. Lauren kept me informed as to the delivery dates. Experienced and friendly delivery men shortly followed. The product is Quality! I would highly recommend Ethan Allen. Ask for Lauren, you will love her!

I just received part of my order and it was well worth the wait. I just love my new dresser chest. Also, I got amazing service at the store from Thressa. I will definitely be in for more items soon. :)

I am more thrilled with my new furniture from Ethan Allen! Lauren Kas helped my with the design and custom pieces and they are perfect for the space. I have struggled with the space since moving into my home and now it finally feels finished. All of the items are high quality and delivery was also very professional and handled with great care. Melissa Hoekert at the GR MI EA store did a great job getting us our EA Aiden recliners. The first delivery of the chairs went fine but the backing on my chair was too baggy and a leg was chipped. The EA delivery team took my chair back and I had to wait for a new model. The EA corporate support team did a great job to match the exact dye set as my wife's chair and set everything right. Super job on the chair that was delivered Tuesday right on time. Thanks Melissa, Corporate, and the delivery team!!! I recently had to replace my Ethan Allen bed but wanted to keep the rest of the bedroom furniture. Lauren took the time to assist me in finding just the right bed and leather color to coordinate with my room. It looks like I bought the room all at the same time. So happy!

I’m thrilled with Amy and the way we worked together to make my house my home. Love my new dining room chairs, living room rug and sofa. Very pleased with Ethan Allen. However I did sign up for your Guardsman insurance and was not impressed with the man they sent to try to get a coffee stain out of the new rug. Your insurance is only as good as their representatives and that does reflect on Eathan Allen.

Loved being helped by Thressa Hylok! She is absolutely amazing at her job and really knows how to style a home. She gave nothing but great advice and exceeded our expectations. My husband and I will forever be faithful to her as our sales representative.

Shannon Gales is an amazing designer! We have worked with her on several large projects in our home. Shannon's years of experience, ability to communicate with and understand clients/customers, LOVE of textiles and eye for unique personal design leads to loved results!!

We had a wonderful experience. Our designer, Betsy Simpson, listened to our wishes and came through with great ideas. We could not be more pleased with the finished product. Every time I walk in my home I am struck by how beautiful it is.

I’m writing this for my 86 year old mother. My mother got her coffee table in 1961. Here are her words. My 7 children have stood on it, jumped on and off it. All kinds of toys on it. My 12 grandchildren have used it the same way. Now my 8 great grandchildren are doing the same things. My 3 year old great grandson puts his pillow on it to lay down then stands on it to jump off. It’s still as strong as ever. She forgot to mention this table was used when she got it and also traveled in a moving van from Grand Rapids to Hershey Pennsylvania to Oklahoma City to Dallas Texas and back to Michigan. I know where I’ll be shopping for my next room of furniture. Thank you Ethan Allen!
