Great store! I was greeted upon arrival, asked if I needed assistance while shopping, and received some of the best customer service ever when exchanging some items, by Jessi & Christy. What a great team! AND, by Christy’s recommendation, I found some amazing Sonoma sheets.

Deb Miller is a terrific asset to Kohl’s in Mt. Pleasant. She greets you when you arrive and thanks you when you’re leaving. She provides excellent customer service at checkout. During checkout, Vickie T. and Debbie are also there to provide a positive experience too.
There are several other employees throughout the store to assist you. They go beyond to help you. Thanks to all for making my shopping experience great.

Cashiers KJ and Rachel were very friendly and professional at the Mt. Pleasant Kohls store! Staff throughout the store were also helpful and friendly ! Store was very clean, well organized and up to date in the upcoming holiday merchandise!
