Weve been so fortunate over the years for the great dependable service on everything from routine spring and winter service, to custom work, and help with sudden unexpected problems. Always appreciate the regular spring and fall mailers prompting me to specify the storage and service needs and letting me know of any changes to the pricing schedule. Couldn’t ask for anything better.

Great customer service great price

Do not store your boat here. Before you consider storing your expensive, valuable boat here, consider the following facts. Each year, my family comes to Walker for one week. Even though we call Mark MONTHS in advance to say, "hey, we are coming up in two months...could you [do basic work such as an oil change, replacing pump, etc]," Mark has NEVER done the work. Therefore, each of the last three summers, we spend the first two-to-three days without a boat. And with two young kids who really want to ski, it is really heartbreaking to say, "sorry, the boat isn't working AGAIN."

The worst part of this experience is that Mark avoids our phone calls and emails, like an avoidant little child. He takes advantage of the fact that he owns property, and he knows demand exceeds supply in terms of people needing boat storage, and thus people don't have much of an option. Really frustrating and disappointing. I would advise anyone considering using Mark's services to think very, very carefully about whether not having a boat for a few days would negatively affect your vacation.
