Goodwill - Maple Grove: 80th Circle N

Love this Maple Grove location! Caution, there are 2 in Maple Grove! They are always so organized and have lots of GREAT donated things to fill the shelves. Friendly employees at checkout too! I'll try to post photos here. I usually come for perfumes, lotions, puzzles, and women's clothes. Clean bathrooms too! They are right near my Maple Grove Park Nicollet Dr appt building, so I come here OFTEN! I could only share 50 photos. Enjoy!

I chanced a carload of items the other day, things I've decided needed to go while packing to move, and the attendants took everything with ease without having open or sort through anything. I didn't even have to sort my bags into soft items or whatever. It went really quick and I was super pleased so I chanced a few more carloads over the next couple of day and same thing. Really happy to be able to donate items here again fuss-free. Thanks for the changes!

I used to love donating items to goodwill, they employee people and I think do a lot of good in the community but the last few times I’ve tried to donate items they’ve pretty much made me open all the bags I packed and denied great items because “nobody is buying frames right now” or “Christmas items aren’t in season” or they want me to demonstrate that things work/function before they accept them. Its a lot of work to pack items up to bring, I understand that they don’t want junk but they’ve turned away perfectly good things that we’ve just grown out of and I’m tired of packing my whole car to bring 50% of it back home.

It’s really not worth trying to bring things here anymore. Bummer, I liked donating and shopping here. Not worth the trip anymore.

I want to do a shout out at how great and kind the woman was today taking donations at the drive through. I wish I would have gotten her name. Thank you to her and the other woman helping. Both were great. Love the cleanliness of the store too!

A smaller Goodwill but with a great selection of everything you want and need.

Always a wonderful experience every time I go to this store.
The staff called me after I thought they had maybe mis-sold my furniture I had bought. Turns out I was entirely to blame and my furniture I had purchased was at a different location and I didn’t know!
The fact that they called me JUST to make sure it was handled properly and that they offered to fix the situation was amazing. Hands down one of the best Goodwills I’ve shopped!

Donating site is very user-friendly. They have a stop sign and bright orange cone in front of the donation center door to let you know where to stop your car so the attendant is alerted.
Some branches don't have a sign or cone there. If you drive to close thinking the door will open automatically, you could scrape the front of your car. If you stop too far back, you would be waiting a long time because the attendant won't be notified. Because this branch has a sign & cone, stopping at the right spot is so natural you don't even have to think about it.

My son found 10 polo Ralph Lauren shirts BRAND NEW WITH ORIGINAL TAGS - 75.00 - paid 15.00. Great back to school shopping trip! Picked up nice sweaters and even got some jeans for myself! Clean and easy to browse the pants/jean selection - looked a bit odd they way they hung, but can see it is for everyone's benefit to see sizing better! Super friendly staff. Noticed a rip (actually just missing threads) in the arm pit of a sweater - a few stitches at home took care of - but was nice they caught that and pointed it out to me-only 5.00 for sweater!! Only way to back to school shop!

I visit to buy silverware but too expensive. Found three high chairs for the kitchen very nice. The cashier was very friendly. Yes will come again but some things are too expensive.

I really enjoyed my shopping experience here. Store was clean and organized. Prices were as I expected them to be at. Most definitely return to this Goodwill.

Associates were nice. The process was quick, easy and straight forward. No baby stuff, no ripped furniture, etc. Love Goodwill.

I visited tonight and was happy to see how clean the store is and the 2 young men,on the cash registers, working this evening, were exceedingly pleasant and efficient.
