Once Upon A Child - Maple Grove

Wonderful experience! This is the fifth time I have brought children's clothes here over the past two years. Every time I was treated kindly and I got cash back. The store is clean and well organized. The staff is polite and helpful. I will be returning.

Best experience I’ve had at a OUAC! The lady working today with the hat on was super friendly and patient. They took almost all my clothes and the pay out was way better than I expected! My stuff was done early as well!

Noah and Tahnee made my shopping experience today so enjoyable. They both helped me find exactly what I needed, told me more about the product, and even helped me with my little one so I was able to focus on my check out process. I would drive out of my way next time I needed to shop at a Once Upon a Child to come here because I know I would absolutely get the help that I needed!

I can’t say enough positives about this store. The staff, specifically Kelly, is so helpful. The store is always organized, clean, and they do a phenomenal job of keeping things updated on social media so you know what’s available in store. Love their events and their prices are the best around. Highly recommend for both selling and buying!

This is one of my favorite Once Upon a Child by locations!! They have great inventory and I can always find a deal! Major shout out to their Instagram person, they do an amazing job on showing their unique pieces as well as day to day items!!!

Just wanted to share how great of service Khalil gave us today! We bought LOTS of clearance books! He was great and kind! We even found out he was spending his birthday being responsible and working! Great customer service! Happy Birthday!!

Love the staff here they are always friendly and helpful. I purposely pass many other similar stores just to go to this one. They always buy in the good stuff! Love the selection.

This place is great if you want new or slightly loved items. Bought some clothes and a brand new bike for less than half the price can't beat it! Plus the boy loves it 😁

Just stopped in and Juliana and Kiya (the owner) were so kind and sweet to me about a text coupon that came through goofy! Just lovely, helpful people! Love shopping here for my boys!

Kelly, Tawnee, and Jen were amazing they helped with a sale for beautiful dresses for orphans in Kenya. Other customers even hopped in! It was a great experience and will be blessing people across the world!

Best once upon a child ever! I drive 30 minutes every time I go to this once upon a child because it is so worth it! No once upon a child compares! The staff is amazing and they all greet me by name when I come in! They are so sweet to my kids! Every time I bring in a buy they always purchase a ton of my stuff!

When I come shopping here I always find good Quality items for my kids! Hunter boots for my boys and Lululemon for my daughter!

My selling experience was better than I anticipated. I brought it gently used clothing & was paid more than what I planned on selling the items for as a lot on Marketplace. They took 1/2 a Carters bag & paid me $37. The items they didn't take were just because they have an abundance of 0-6 insured and sleepers, so they passed on some. Which is understandable. The entire process took about 45 minutes. All of the staff were polite & professional. The store is SO organized & neat. I was impressed & will return.

Staff is always pleasant and helpful. They are very efficient if you are selling and I think what they offer is fair. If you bring *gently* used items appropriate for the season I think you'll be happy with what they offer for payment. Shopping is here is also great! Very organized. It's a small space and very busy so bulky strollers may be difficult to navigate. They only thing that drives me crazy is that they don't have an automatic door for when you are hauling in large bins of items to sell. Otherwise, love this place, you can't go wrong!

I love this location. The employees are always nice, friendly and helpful. Love Wednesday's for the 15% off Grandparent day! They are very well stocked and the store is clean and organized. I've also brought things in to sell and they took a good amount of what I brought in. I've been to other OUAC stores and this one is by far my favorite. :)

Very well-organized and easy to find what I wanted. I was impressed that the cashier pointed out to me that I only needed one more item to qualify for a sale and then patiently waited for me to go grab an additional item - just to save me money! Items were all in great condition and reasonably priced. I will definitely be back.

I went in looking for summer outfits and needless to say I left with that and a whole lot more. The minute I walked in the front door I knew it was going to be a great experience because everybody in there was smiling and happy, customers included.
I would recommend this place to anybody, highly.

First time shopping here and I was very impressed with the great selection of clothing, toys, and books! Everything is neatly organized so you know exactly where to look. We were able to get some very cute clothes for our daughter that will be perfect for this summer. We will definitely be back and highly recommend anyone with kids to stop in!

Love this store!! After a disappointing visit to another store, I was relieved to find the kind of store I had come to expect in Once Upon A Child. Very well organized, clean quality merchandise, and great prices!! Was able to get everything my granddaughter needed to start school in style. I even found some just-like-new snow pant overalls and they were only $6!! Can't say enough good about this store and it's definitely worth the drive for me.

Love this store! It’s bright and clean and well-organized. The employees are helpful and friendly and the new(ish) owners have made so many improvements to the space. They do an excellent job ensuring quality of what they sell and it’s my kids favorite place to shop!

Kelly P. Is always so good at helping me find what I’m looking for, and always in such a cheerful mood! I have a hard time buying toys/ clothes anywhere else because the prices are so good!
