First time here one week ago, i love the service, Tonya did my eyebrows and love it, the facial treatments looks interesting to try it too 😉 definitely I'll be back again 😁

Overall I had a great experience. Bell is awesome. She was very gentle and comforting. She did a great job on my eyebrows/facial waxing. I'd definitely recommend her to others.

I came to Traverse city from France to visit family and I wanted to get a waxing before leaving. I got recommended to Bell and I literally got done the best waxing in my life! I am very picky and she was super efficient,gentle, extremely detailed. She made me feel absolutely comfortable and I would want to take her in my suitcases ! She is the best ! Thank you !

Absolutely wonderful! Bell did my Brazilian and it was the quickest and most painless service I’ve ever had - and I used to spend wayyy more at salons in Philly or SF. Very professional, fairly priced and fantastic aestheticians!! I’d give more stars if I could.

What an amazing experience I had at Serenity Spa! They were incredibly flexible and the facialist stayed late to accommodate my sister and I. The facial itself was AMAZING! If your looking for the best of both worlds, where you get a great facial and massage (both shoulder, facial, and foot) then you have to go!!! They also use BioElements products which are the best. The Next time I'm in Traverse City on vacation, I know where I'll be visiting!

This was my first wax experience ever. Results were amazing. Bell was very nice, gentle, and understanding. I was very comfortable throughout the entire process :)

Ever think that it is impossible to be relaxed while having tiny hairs ripped out of your face with warm wax? Well prepare to have your mind blown. First off, make an appointment before coming in. The place is set up for appointments. But even for a meager eyebrow wax, got the full treatment of dimmed lights and sweet smells and I assume what is someone's "World Music For Spas" playlist in Spotify. The wax itself was fine. I do not have a high tolerance for pain outside having squeezed spawn out of my Brazilian and it was still pretty painless. Almost fell asleep. So yeah, might look into other services they offer.

Tonya provides professional waxing services, facials, body wraps, pedicures and manicures. I would highly recommend her and her services. I have been a client over 2 years and very pleased I found her spa.

it is actually surprising how good this place is. I went here to get my eyebrows done and the employee there was really clear and concise, I asked a question and got a direct answer. I was comfortable and will be going back.

It was a very relaxing atmosphere for my first ever waxing, and she put up admirably with my nervous giggling. (Lots of giggling) she also was very flexible and not put off by my constant changing of schedule.
