First of all, they always have the best flavors in town. never can go wrong with the chocolate cake better. As a former employee for cold stone, I’m always impressed with this location. The atmosphere is always spot on clean and the employees there are supposed to be there. they are good with people. The gentleman who helped me recently, was just great to be around. Thank you for singing me a little tune! And keep doing what you’re doing you are awesome.

Wonderful place good ice cream it's a little pricey but always worth it. The young man working around 4:30 pm 02/08 was wonderful and very attentive definitely deserves a raise #OneManArmy

The guy who made our orders was the BEST! His coworker was a NO SHOW so he had to take a long line of orders all on his own on a Saturday afternoon around 3:30, 4pm. Wanted ta ask his name but I didn't want to disturb his flow.

He did this like a champion, with grace, professionalism and most importantly with a SMILE and pleasant attitude

I thought that he was a manager. He wasn't but he definitely should be:-)

Rarely do I feel any business deserves 5 stars. It was Saturday evening and it seemed like everybody decided to grab ice cream. There were three servers and they did an amazing job. They were fast and courteous. They were polite and patient. I have seen so many people who act as though customers are an inconvenience so I make it a point to acknowledge anyone who takes time to offer a positive experience.

Love it. It had a big amount of ice cream and I love the cone, maybe too many sprinkles. But otherwise amazing 👏

Not too busy when we first got there, but it was very busy by the time we left. My grandson really liked his cup of ice cream blended with all kinds of goodies that he added to it! Great service..very friendly staff. Will have to go again!

I visited Sat (9/11) and the store was busy and understaffed. I felt so bad for the lead shift worker, the girl with gorgeous big hair. She was doing her best. They had minors working and they had to close early which was understandable; understaffed and with minors yeah they had to close early. They have to clean the store. Some girl came in late like about 10-15 before the original close time (the open sign was literally off and the big hair girl had to announce that they were closing because they were understaffed) and she was so rude. The big hair girl explained they had closed early due to staffing issues. This customer was just awful and had a total Karen moment. Why come in right before close to get a birthday cake? Did you just remember it was your boyfriend’s birthday, last minute? Our experience was great. Our order was made correctly and quickly by our server, big hair girl was polite and funny. Love her!

The ice cream was INCREDIBLE. They had so many options to choose from, and you even get one topping for free!

Excellent Gluten Free procedures! I told them I had Celiac disease and even though the girl didn't know what that was, she knew how to prepare my ice cream....right down to getting me a spoon that was under the counter and not where the others were kept on top of the counter. And the ice cream is delicious. Thank you Cold Stone!

I love getting the "Everybody's" size ice cream tub from here, the lines are a bit long (but then again I came in at a busy time) but regardless of this they move very fast!! There were 5 people in front of me so I twiddled my thumbs and played on my phone for about 2/3 minutes and then it was my turn, it was super fast!

I've been going to Coldstone for a few years now when I need an ice cream fix. They have a wide variety of ice cream flavors and endless mix-in/topping possibilities. The West Main location is nice; never a long wait. There is a young African American lady that works there, unfortunately don't know her name, but she is excellent. Very efficient and when she makes my order I actually feel like I'm getting what I'm paying for... I can actually see the mix ins. For a $6 cup of ice cream, I can appreciate when I don't have to dig through just to find the toppings I've paid for. But, yeah, I would recommend Coldstone, and the West Main location, to everyone with a craving for ice cream. Just be careful, it can be addicting!

I had ordered a cake earlier in the day, but when I went to pick it up there had been a miscommunication with the "cake guy," but it wasn't a problem because the staff helping me were so sweet and helpful! They offered to decorate my cake for free (since I hadn't requested any), and the entire time they were very kind and patient. Very good experience!

First experience eating here. Got a medium Germanchokolatekake in a waffle bowl, and it was amazing.

Just sat in and enjoyed delicious ice cream with my best friend and her son on this Veteran's Day. I am active duty Air Force and they help us swiftly and with such polite attitudes. Kyle was expressly helpful when my friends young toddler became fussy but because of his allergies cannot enjoy any sort of ice cream. Instead Kyle agreed to let me purchase a few 'add ins' that are allergy free for the little one. Best experience I have ever had at an ice cream parlor let alone the only individuals to thank me for my service. Every time I come home to visit I shall be sure to place this parlor top on my list to visit. Huge thank you to Kyle and the rest of the team tonight.

The ice cream is wonderful. Strawberry Banana Rendezvous is my favorite. It has the perfect amount of flavor and it is not too sweet. The service is always fast and friendly.

I absolutely love this place when I have a sweet tooth. Sometimes I forget about it but I live so close to it how can I forget about this place? Definitely recommend.🍦

he wrong spot. They serve ice cream here and they are good at it. Most entry level jobs suck and arent fun (bob sagget) i dont know if you have ever had one but nobody has FUN at jobs like this because they deal with customers who complained that the ice cream was to cold LOL yah thats real fun dealing with peole like bob. Imagine scooping 350 ice cream scoops with 3 different kinds because people want to try them all. Dont you think your arm is ready to fall off at the end of the day, ya, sounds like fun lol. The only thing anyone should say is what kind of elbow crushing ice cream they want and a thank you at the end of the employee elbow crushing experience OKAY. Thanks for serving the kalamazoo area ice cream guys keep it up!
