Deb did a wonderful job with our two Golden Retrievers every single time. We moved away from Lawton in March and the groomers we've gone to since then have been nothing in comparison. We were spoiled with Deb and miss bringing our dogs there!

Very dismissive and she couldn't be bothered to make an appointment. During a short call we were told "you should go somewhere else because there are lots of other places doing grooming" and "I have to go, I have dogs to groom". This is the first time we've called her. I have passed by this place many times over the years and have told people about her, but I will no longer be recommending to anyone again.

Not very nice when I needed to cancel due to money issues (I needed to buy a new window for my car bc it got cracked when I was driving on the freeway from a rock) and I had explained that and she just told me to not ever call her again. I was in shock that she didn’t understand.
