I've been a patient with Crystal for many years. Any concerns I've had about my health, she has got right on it. Crystal has been the best Dr. I have ever had in my 66 years of life. She has always been compassionate and has always had time to listen. Thank you Crystal for giving me the best care for all these years. ❤

Dr. Stack is wonderful with our whole family. My husband, our two kids, and I have all been seen him many times. Dr. Crystal has seen our whole family also. We do not recommend her to anyone with children or who's an adult. We have had several issues with her seeing us. Our oldest son has had issues with many ear infections (between 5-11 through the winter season/early spring month each year). We talked to Crystal on several occasions about wanting to see an ear specialist about tubes, but needed a referral. She said she didn't recommend doing tubes then.Over the course of a few years of having ear infection issues she finally gave us a referral. Last year he had a bad ear infection. We had seen Crystal twice for it (she kept prescribing Amoxicillin, although we asked to try another type of antibiotic) and his ear infection still wasn't cleared up. We took him into the Urgent Care in Alma, they recommended a bit higher dose. It cleared it right up. The next time he had an ear infection, we talked to Doctor Crystal about the dosage Urgent Care had used. She said she wanted to try a different antibiotic (SMZ-TMP), she said she will write it in his chart for future reference since she thought his body built up a resistant to Amoxicillin. We picked up the prescription and she sent in for Amoxicillin. We called the office, they then said they put in the right one. We stayed at the pharmacy for awhile, they said they still hadn't received any, so they called the doctors office back. Finally she sent the correct prescription in. Just a couple weeks ago I took our kids in for their wellness checkups, they had back to back appointments. I called and let the office know that our older child had been near two kids who were suspected to have Scarlet Fever, they said they would do a throat swap when we got there to see if he had it, she said it was just a simple couple minute test. We get to the office, go back with the nurse, the nurse does the normal checks on each of our children, then does the strep throat swap on our oldest. She asks if I noticed any symptoms and went over the symptoms of it. I said no. He hadn't complained of a sore throat, no rash, no fever, and no white patches in his throat. She said the culture swap test would be done with in a couple of minutes. Crystal came in and said she heard that I was concerned about possibility of Scarlet Fever/ Strep Throat and that I told the nurse that I hadn't seen any symptoms of it. She did the same checks, questions, & normal wellness check ups on both of our children. Not anything different on our older one. At the end she looked at the test and said that it was positive for Strep. She said that it must be very early on and that she would send a prescription in for Amoxicillin. The other day we got an Explanation of Benefits from our insurance from both the children's check ups. On one the sheets there was one charge for a wellness check up, on the other there was a charge for wellness visit, and another for an extra office visit. I called the office and they gave me the number for billing. After talking to them, they said it would have to be for excess medical evaluation above and beyond a normal check. I told them, she did both the same checks on both the boys besides the nurse did a Strep Culture test on our oldest. She urged me to call the office back and talk to them about it, to figure out why they were charging an extra office visit for a quick throat swap, when they also charge for the swap. Tammy at the doctor's office said she talked to Crystal and since she looked at the test result and sent an electronic prescription that, she felt that an extra office visit needed to be charged?????? I am now in contact with their Risk Management Dept. hoping to figure out this situation. Dr. Stack is a compassionate Doctor that takes time to listen to his patients concerns, he seems to enjoy helping his patients. Dr. Crystal, I don't recommend. I wish Dr. Stack was available more often and that they would get another doctor that cares for their patients in their office.

All seem great other than a very subversive " care manager" named Corey. Mean and nasty bad attitude and very offensive in his intent. Smh. Not a way to help people. First he will ask you what you need help with and then aggressively berate you. I felt sick after a call from him. I am not sure how a medical representative feels about causing someone stress but he did..... And then be fair after I explained to Corey that I was recording him he actually stated he would expect no different from me. This was after telling me several times to be a man??? True story any one that wants to reach out can listen to it themselves. I will be forwarding it to Midland HR as well..
